You may choose a wonderful Jamaican Villa for your self and your family
or party. We have other villas that are located very close to each other.
Group bookings are advised to book well ahead of time. Brides and Grooms
usually book villas a year in advance.

Neighboring Villas for Large Groups
Minimum Rental:
7 nights minimum rental rate is required for the villa where the wedding is being held. The one week minimum may not apply to the additional villas your guests may occupy.
Gratuities:
Apart from the normal gratuity, 10% of the villa rental in High Season, 15% in Low Season.
Special Event Surcharges:
Most villas have a $15 per person surcharge for special events being
held at the villa. Some villas also have site fees of which you will
be advised upon inquiry. Most villas will require a refundable damage
deposit between $500 - $2000 depending upon the particular villa.
