Step 4 - Deposit and Payment
Deposit
A 25% deposit confirms a reservation. Deposit payment can be made by
Visa, MasterCard, Certified Bank Check or Bank Wire Transfer.
Balance of Payment
Full payment must be paid 60 days prior to start of rental date.
Cancellations
61 days or more to scheduled occupancy, we refund all deposit less a 20% cancellation fee. Some villas have different cancellation policies which we must abide.
Damage Deposits
A Damage Deposit Credit Card Authorization of $500 is required and will
be held in case of damage to property or any unpaid bills. If there
is no need for additional charges, your Damage Deposit Credit Card authorization
will be destroyed.(Some luxury villas require larger damage deposit
and weddings and special functions may require higher damage deposits.)
Christmas/New Year Bookings
Deposit for holiday season requires a 50% deposit. Full payment must
be 90 days before scheduled occupancy. For Cancellations 91 days or
more to scheduled occupancy, we refund all deposit less a 20% cancellation
fee. Some villas have different cancellation policies which we must
abide.
