Inquire on a Villa

Once you have selected the villas you like, to inquire on the availability on a property

Once we have confirmed that the villa is available for the dates you requested, we will hold the booking for 7 days after which it will go back on the market.
If your decision is to rent, we will put the property on HOLD and we will send you a Rental Invoice and payment schedule
A booking is secured once you have completed you have sent in your deposit. A Confirmation letter of Receipt of payment will be sent to you.
All outstanding balances are due 60 days before the date of occupancy. For booking made 60 days or less prior to occupancy, full payment is required at the time of booking. For Christmas and New Year bookings, all outstanding balance is due 90 days before the date of arrival to villa.
For Christmas and New Years bookings, many villas require a 2-week minimum stay. This can be waived for a client who wants only Christmas Week and will depart no later than December 27 or December 28. No refunds within 90 days prior to scheduled travel for Christmas and/or New Year's weeks. Holiday rates are higher than regular High Season rates.
