Rock Hill Villa is a spacious luxury 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa withing the secure and gated community of Silver Sands. It is one of the most luxurious properties in this area and offers the ultimate family vacation with a professional staff which includes a housekeeper, cook, laundress,gardener/poolman.

The gardens of Rock Hill is manicured and professionally maintained. Enjoy an 18 hole golf course only 30 minutes away at Runaway Breezes Resort for a challenging round.

Enjoy the  games room - this is often converted into an additional bedroom when required. Rock Hill is one of the very few homes at Silver Sands to have their own state of the art gym equipment and fitmess center.

All 5 bedrooms are air conditioned and have their own ensuite bathrooms.
The main floor has 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms. One has an ensuite bathroom.

Large spacious veranda has spectacular views of the pool area and the Caribbean sea. This grande villa is on two levels with large vaulted ceilings - most spacious. Family friendly villa, great for family reunions.

Master Bedroom:

The master suite is located on the upperlevel, it has a private balcony, walk in whower, full bathroom, walk in closet, air conditioner and ceiling fan. 

Bedroom 2: Located on the main level. Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with a full bathroom with walk in shower, air conditiong and ceiling fan

Bedroom 3: Located on the main level. King bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan. This bedroom shares a bathroom with bedroom 4.

Bedroom 4: Located on the main level. 2 twin beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan. This bedroom shares a bathroom with bedroom 3.

Bedroom 5: Located on the entry level, it opens to the upper pool deck and has a queen bed, walk in closet, full bathroom, air conditioner and ceiling fan.

Rock Hill - A Fabulous Wedding venue for up to 200 persons!

All Weddings at Rock Hill will require the following:

*  A caterer must be brought in for the event

*  A wedding coordinator required to organize the event

*  All utensils, flatware etc. must be rented

*  Refundable damage deposit of $1,000

*  Additional security hired for all weddings with over 50 guests

*  Overnight guests should not exceed 10 adults when sleeping at the villa for accommodation

*  Wedding site fee is $5000

*  Renting the villa for accommodation during a wedding for 5 bedrooms is $1,000 per night.
