Duke's Hideaway is a lovely beachside cottage with 3 charming
bedrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort and
also has ceiling fans.
This villa belongs to the gated community of Silver Sands, and
has the use of the Silver Sands tennis court and club house. You
will be very comfortable here in the Duke's Hideaway. There is
a full staff to look after you with a cook and housekeeper. There
is a lovely plunge pool for cooling off on the patio. Then open
the gates to the beach and the open Caribbean sea is all yours
to enjoy in your own backyard!
There is a little known history about the Duke's Hideaway. The
queen and Duke of Edinburgh visited Jamaica in 1951 and stayed
at the Silver Sands resort at the Duke's cottage and the Queens
cottage next door - thus this villa has been fondly called the
Duke's Hideaway!
The living room is spacious and comfortable ans is air-conditioned.
This cottage has cable TV, stereo CD player and telephone.
Bedroom one has a King size bed and is fully air conditioned,
with ceiling fans, full ensuite bathroom. From this bedroom, there
are also ocean views from this second floor.
The other bedroom has a queen bed and is also fully air conditioned
with a ceiling fan. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathrooms
with a shower/tub combination.
The third bedroom has a king bed, which can be an optional 2 twin
beds if required. This bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling
fan is a full ensuite bathroom and shower/tub combination.
