Stone Harbour is a 4 bedroom villa located on the sea in Old Fort Bay in Ocho Rios. The main building has the Master bedroom along with two more bedrooms and a separate building a few yards away has the pool house downstairs and what we call the “Getaway” bedroom upstairs.


On entering the main house through the covered car porch a hallway on the left takes you to all 3 bedrooms in the main house. This hallway has a seating area for reading and a games table. This is also where there is a library of books, CDs, DVDs and toys for the kids.

The Master bedroom has a king sized bed and seating area for reading and watching the in-bedroom TV. There is also a DVD and VCR player in the room. It has a/c, ceiling fan and room safe. There is also a desk with internet access and fax/printer. The en-suite bathroom has tub and shower and also had a bidet.

Bedroom 1 has two twin beds put together to make a king. It has a/c, ceiling fan, and safe. There is also a TV with VCR and DVD. The en-suite bathroom has a tub and shower.

Bedroom 3 has the same amenities as bedroom 2.

FLOOR PLAN: Stone Harbour Villa

The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, juicer, water filter, ice maker. The stove is gas.

One large room encompasses the dining room with seating for 8, the indoor bar, a living area and a TV area. The bar has it’s own bar fridge and the TV area has a 36” TV with DVD, VCR, cable and CD player.

The lawn is split into two levels. On the upper level along with the house is a swing set with slide for the kids. On the lower level is the pool and a building that houses the pool room downstairs and the “Getaway” bedroom upstairs.

The pool room has its own serving bar, bar chairs with tables and a powder room. At the side is an outdoor shower. There is also a barbecue. Some pool toys are available but more are to come so the list will follow.


Upstairs is the “Getaway” bedroom. It has a double bed, double seater sofa, a/c, ceiling fan, TV, VCR and DVD. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, no tub. It has its own private veranda with chairs and umbrella overlooking the pool and sea beyond.


The free form pool has lounge chairs. The beach is the Old Fort Bay beach which is a 5 minute walk on a private road.

Cell phones are available for rent and the phones are portable and in several rooms. The lawn area is large and great for kids.

All rates include, staff of four (full-time manager/butler, cook, housekeeper, gardener), laundry, and use of all facilities (four bedrooms, four baths, books, games, DVDs, videos, CDs, pool, jacuzzi, sea kayaks, boogie boards). Our cook will suggest menus, purchase food, and cook dinner, if you choose to eat in. Food and alcohol are purchased by the guest. It is customary to tip the staff upon leaving the villa.

OWNER'S NOTES ON AIR CONDITIONING:

In an attempt to keep our prices at a reasonable rate, bedroom A/C is included in the pricing. Should you choose to completely close the house using A/C in the living room areas on a daily basis, an additional $500 will be required for the week. Please be aware that all electricity is produced from oil that must be imported into the country. With the price of oil increasing, we have no choice but to raise our rates for full-time electrical use.
