Fantasy villa is a lovely 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa which enjoys
its own sandy beach, and the most spectacular Bengal Bay views.
This villa ensure a most relaxing Jamaican holiday. The owner
of this special villa has taken time to decorate the three bedrooms
in a special way which gives each room character or a charming
beach house in Jamaica.
For a 6 bedroom option, you can rent Fantasy Villa (3 bedrooms)
and Beach Nut Villa (3 bedrooms) for a total of 6 bedrooms! These
are sister villas sharing the same swimming pool, both villas
are beachfront. Sea Kayaks available.
Enjoy your own large private pool, and spacious lawn and garden
area, spread over one acre of private landscaped grounds. This
large swimming pool has lovey views to the Caribbean ocean and
also to the rolling hills in this beautiful Rio Nuevo area. The
swimming pools offers an expansive pool deck for lazing the days
away, treating yourself to the tropical Jamaican sun. Enjoy the
poolside furniture, perfect for having lunch breaks, or enjoying
the sunset in the afternoon with your tropical cocktail drinks.
There is also a barbecue to enjoy casual outdoor dining.
The beauty of Fantasy Villa is the convenience of being located
just steps away from the waters edge. And take advantage of the
well tended gardens which offer tropical beauty and privacy in
this lovely neighbourhood. Fantasy villa is located between two
other private homes, so there are no crowds - away from the tourist
areas.
Decorated in lovely tropical colours, the living areas are very
comfortable and open. There is an entertainment unit whic includes
a VCR, DVD Player and CD player. There is also a breakfast bar
and this separates the kitchen from this entertainment area.
All the windows in this villa feature security grills and insect
screens. The Master bedroom is air-conditioned and has a kingsize
bed, own ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The second bedroom has two double beds, air-conditioning, ceiling
fan, wicker furniture. The bathroom is located just outside the
bedroom door and has a shower.
The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, is air-conditioned
with ceiling fans and has wicker chairs and dressing tables. There
is an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower.
This villa is fully staffed with a cook and housekeeper, a resident
gardener who loves in the staff quarters on the property. He is
available at all times. The cook will go to Discovery Bay supermarket
to buy the groceries for your dinner, lunch and breakfast. You
may also go with her if you wish or leave it all up to her while
you are on your holiday! You will simply reimburse her for the
groceries bought to prepare your meals. Beach and bath towels
and all linen are provided at the villa for your convenience.
