Valley High, Runaway Bay 

Valley High is newly acquired by a Scandinavian interior/exterior designer and is under total renovations. The colors and details are designed to provide a happy, uplifting, energizing and relaxing ambience.

All bathrooms are freshly renovated and have beautiful tile work, American style walking showers and all new amenities. The villa has new furniture and furnishings, electronics and is freshly painted, kitchen wear are all new.



All rooms have beautiful tiled floors, dramatic 20 ft vaulted white washed cedar wood ceilings, and all rooms including bedrooms have beautiful views to the ocean and mountains.

The large pool is surrounded by a newly constructed terrace, beautiful tile work and new pool side furniture. All terraces will have beautiful landscaping and the view from the villa is dramatic and breathtaking.

The villa has security bars all around and a 8-10 foot stone wall surround the 3+ acre property. There are 300 mature fruit trees on this plantation and a river runs through the property at the bottom, down the hill.

Guests will be able to enjoy fabulous Jamaican and continental cooking, with much of the produce grown on the property. Meals can be enjoyed inside at the large mahogany table beautifully set, or on the veranda overlooking the magnificent views of sunrise arriving from behind the mountains or georgeous sunsets settling behind the ocean horizon, or by the pool side, with all the beauty around you.

Valley High is a lovely villa situated on the hillsides of Runaway Bay. It has fabulous ocean views and district views of Jamaica's famuous northcoast.


There are 4 comfortable bedrooms which are all air conditioned for comfort. There is a lovely private swimming pool and from this swimming pool deck, the views are fabulous.


Newly renovated in and decorated in wonderful tropical colours, Valley High reflects a relaxing Caribbean feel, with the pool terrace enjoying cool tropical tradewinds.

Valley High has their own private staff of Cook, housekeeper, and gardener. All guest of Valley high have a complimentary beach pass to the Cardiff Hall Beach Club, only a few minutes drive away. Some may want to walk it to this private beach....it is a 20 minute walk. The private beach has a bar, restaurant, bathrooms, showers.


Valley High villa is only 20 minutes from Ocho Rios, where all the activities are found such as the famous Dunns River Falls, Island Village Shopping center, Duty Free Shops, Craft Markets. You are also conveniently located to the Dolphin Cove where you can swim with the dolphins.

Only 3 minutes drive to the Cardiff Hall Residents Beach!
