Sevilla Villa 4 bedrooms, all air-conditioned, overlooking
the golf course. 10 minutes walk to beach!
Sevilla is a secure gated complex offering two detached properties,
a villa and a studio apartment. Sevilla Villa and the studio apartment
have the most magical of all views overlooking Breezes Runaway
Bay championship golf course and the Caribbean Sea. You can walk
through your own back gate and tee off onto the 17th fairway,
or take a ten minute walk across the golf course to your own private
residents beach. Relax under the almond trees and enjoy the tranquility
of a turquoise blue sea and white sands.
THE VILLA
Tastefully decorated with exotic tropical plants and orchids,
and having recently been refurbished throughout, the villa offers
four- bedroom luxury five star living accommodation. The villa
is built in a horseshoe shape around a large oval shaped swimming
pool. The bedrooms open out onto the veranda through double tinted
glass sliding doors surrounding the pool.
All the bedrooms have their own adjoining luxury en-suite dressing
room and onyx bathroom. There are king size beds in all the bedrooms
with an extra two twin beds available upon request. All the bedrooms
are equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning, high speed wireless
internet and 32 inch LCD televisions offering up to 600 channels
of Satellite TV.
The living room is equipped with two three-seat settee’s; two
arm chairs; Satellite TV with more than 600 channels and a 47"
Cinema plasma Screen ; DVD; CD; dining table + six chairs. There
are tinted patio glass sliding doors opening out onto the veranda
surrounding the pool
The linen cupboard is fully stocked with bed linen; towels and
beach towels. The living room, kitchen and three of the bedrooms
all open out onto the covered veranda that sweeps in a horseshoe
shape around the pool. To the right of the villa by the pool is
a spiral staircase leading to a private patio and fourth bedroom.
The pool is in the centre of the villa and holds approximately
23,000 gallons of water with steps leading to the shallow end
and a deep end suitable for diving. The pool has been relined
with diamond brite and fitted with a new autopilot purifying system
- so no more choline folks!! The pool is now environmentally friendly!!
There are six sun lounge chairs around the far side of the pool
and comfortable seating on the veranda enough for up to 25 people
comprising of; one three seat settee; two double seat settee;
four lounge chairs, four- arm chairs; eight dining chairs + table;
and five coffee tables. Breakfast and dinner are served on the
veranda overlooking the pool
The kitchen and two wash rooms are equipped to cater for large
groups, with; fridge; kettle; toaster; microwave; blender; mixer,
glass, crockery, cutlery etc and 2 washing machines. The washroom
opens through double doors onto the back yard and a there is a
path leading to the front garden that leads through a garden gate
to the 17th fairway of Runaway Bay golf course and the sea.

THE STUDIO
The Studio Apartment offers detached secluded self-contained accommodation
for 2 to 3 people. With it's own separate access and veranda the
apartment has been recently built in an open plan style affording
generous views of the golf course and the sea and gardens all
around.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and bar area with a
beautiful Imperial Range stove. Wooden stairs lead to a platform
sleeping area with king size bed and plenty of room to add another
single upon request. Additionally there is a dining table and
four chairs in the centre of the living area and a chaise longue.
Breezes from the Ocean keep this lovely open apartment nice and
cool, there is also a half enclosed veranda with a glass table
and chairs and deck chairs where guests can relax and have their
evening meal or to enjoy the view.
THE BEACH
Runaway Bay beach stretches the whole length of Runaway Bay, with
a reef ideal for snorkeling and diving and safe swimming. Here
there is a restaurant called Flavors offering a selection of Jamaican
cuisine with a few tables overlooking the ocean. There is also
a stage for Friday and Saturday night live reggae sounds. The
private beach is lined with magnificent almond trees offering
shade from the sun. Sun chairs are also available for JD200 per
day, and there is a bar and restaurant part of the “Tropical Spice”
of Jamaica
There is a pier for fishing and diving, and a meeting point to
liaison with the horseman to go riding The resident’s beach is
next to Breezes Hotel offering a whole range of water sports activities
THE GOLF COURSE
Breezes Runaway Bay golf course has hosted many championship events,
including the Jamaica Open and the World Cup of Golf Qualifier.
Legendary for its breathtaking views of the Caribbean and notoriously
fast greens, many have tried, but few have truly conquered this
course. Built in 1960 by British Naval Commander J. Harris, Par
72; 6,870 yards, slope rating of 124.
STAFF
Paulette is our cleaner and she is available from Monday to Friday
8.30am to 5pm. Monica the cook is available for one meal a day,
if guests require her services for more than one meal a day then
they have to pay her JD1500 per meal per group extra. We also
have a care taker Patrick who is responsible for pool and garden
maintenance, and our security and gate watchman is Chinee.
Guests provide their own food, and staff here can help with the
shopping, we have access to fresh fish, seafood, organically grown
fruit and vegetables and meat coming from local farmers.
TRANSPORT
A mini bus/car can be organized to pick up groups from the airport
and for excursions around the island.
There is a Toyota RAV 4 (standard drive) available for Sevilla
guests only to hire @ JD3000 per day upon request.
The maximum occupancy for Sevilla includes the villa and the
studio apartment and sleeping accommodation is as follows:
