There are 27 individually owned villas surrounded by 30 acres of tropical gardens. Villas feature 2 through 6 bedroom suites, living rooms, verandahs, and magnificent views. Each villa bedroom is ensuite with its own bathroom and terrace. Guests may book a private, complete villa with private pool and dedicated staff. Or else individual villa suites can be booked, ranging from Deluxe villa suites to expansive Pineapple suites, many of which provide access to villa pools. Twenty-one of the villas have their own pool.

The villas suites are beautifully decorated by individual owners to Round Hill's standard. The general style is laid back, plantation style elegance. You may find wicker, mahogany or bamboo furniture, oversized sofas with slip covers, wooden or tiled floors. Bedrooms may be closed off and air conditioned, living rooms convey a very light, Caribbean feel with the trade winds passing through. Villas are nestled in the hillside, facing west, and enjoy fabulous sunsets and coastal views.

Renovated and designed by Ralph Lauren, all rooms evoke tropical beach living. White stone floors, romantic four poster mahogany bamboo beds and sumptuous upholstered furniture from the Ralph Lauren Home Collection add to every guest’s comfort. The colour accents are white with splashes of pink and blue. The bathrooms have been enlarged and feature deep tubs, freestanding rain showers and double sink vanities by Waterworks.

The Pineapple House comprises of 36 luxurious oceanfront rooms, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the double infinity edge pool. Upstairs rooms have large louvered windows which fold back to take full advantage of breathtaking views, and the downstairs rooms have patios or balconies.

Each villa has a kitchen where the housekeepers cook breakfast for service in separate suites. Complimentary golf cart service is on call for transfer between villas and the main hotel if required.

Recreation:

Round Hill also boasts five all-weather courts (2 are illuminated for evening play) for complimentary tennis. Our resident pro is always delighted to arrange tournaments, Round Robins, etc. Located at the spa is a fitness center equipped with treadmills, step master, bicycle, and free weights and personal instructor for exercise classes. Jogging and walking path, nature walk weekly. Golf can be arranged at the championship course just a few minutes away, Resort Boutique and "Pineapple" logo shop on property; once daily complimentary shuttle for shopping.

The double infinity edge pool with wading pool, lap and spa pool, pool and beach bar, cocktail bar, Seaside Terrace Restaurant, Room Service, Pineapple Room with satellite 61" television, Hanover and Georgian Room for meetings, Georgian Terrace, five tennis courts with ball boy services,Tennis Pro and Pro Shop.

The theme nights at Round Hill - Beach Party, Jamaica Night, Caribbean Curry Night are popular with guests all year.

Our cocktail bar also serves afternoon tea daily, complimentary for all our guests.

Pineapple Kids Club:

Round Hill makes the family holiday even more inviting for the whole crew! Enjoy the complimentary use of our PINEAPPLE KIDS' CLUB, the perfect children's program - Round Hill style! The program promotes fun and education with a host of options offering an active and imaginative holiday for children. Activities include nature walks, a creative assortment of arts and crafts, water sports, talent shows, reggae lessons and movie and story hour. The Pineapple Kids' Club is open daily open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for children between the age of 3 and 12.

Your location for casual yet elegant Dining for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. Enjoy breakfast - a sumptuous buffet or elegant a la carte.

Lunch with a la carte choices from classics to those with a uniquely Caribbean flair. On certain occasions a beach and deli grill will also be added to the a la carte offering.

Note: We are also happy to serve you lunch by the pool served on your own portable table.

Dinner is served nightly under the stars.

Five nights a week an a la carte menu of perennial favourites is offered in conjunction with Caribbean specials or a themed buffet.

On Monday evening we offer our Famous Beach Party with food, drinks and entertainment right on the sand. Enjoy and evening of casual elegance created for lasting memories.

Join us on Wednesday evenings for the Manager's Cocktail Party followed by our International curry buffet.

Friday evening is reserved for a huge celebration of Jamaican food and culture with the best of real Jamaican delicacies on offer rounded off with an authentic floor show.
