• Deluxe Oceanfront Room contains 1 King or 2 Twin Beds and is located on the upper floors of the Pineapple House. Features air conditioning, large bedroom with louvre windows, cathedral ceilings, shingle roof and a ceiling fan.

• Deluxe Villa With Pool Suite within a villa containing a seperate bedroom, living room and/or semi-enclosed Garden and/or Verandah. Shared Pool and Pool Deck.

• Master Villa With Pool An extra large suite in a villa with pool, consisting of Bedroom, Living Room and enclosed or semi-enclosed Garden and/or Verandah. Shared Pool and Pool Deck.

• Superior Oceanfront Room contains 1 King or 2 twin beds. Room is located on the ground floor of the Pineapple House and features air conditioning, a large bedroom with louvre windows and mahogony & wicker furnishings.

• Superior Villa A suite in a villa without the share pool. Bedroom and living room with enclosed or semi-enclosed Garden and/or Verandah.

The Pineapple House comprises of 36 ocean front hotel rooms, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. All Pineapple House rooms have large louvered windows which fold back to take full advantage of the view. There are king-sized beds in 20 rooms and the remainder have twin beds. All have private bathrooms, with tub and shower, telephones, refrigerators, umbrellas, bathrobes, small coffee machines and blow dryers. Our fresh water swimming pool is located right at the edge of the sea, adjacent to the Pineapple House Hotel.

Deluxe Ocean Front Rooms Newly renovated and designed by Ralph Lauren, all deluxe rooms evoke tropical beach living. White stone floors, romantic four poster mahogany bamboo beds and sumptuous upholstered furniture from the Ralph Lauren home collection add to each and every guests' comfort. The colour accents are white with splashes of pink and blue. The bathrooms have been enlarged and feature separate deep tubs, freestanding rain showers and double sink vanities; all fixtures are by Waterworks.

Superior Ocean Front Hotel Room On the "Pineapple House", groundfloor. One large bedroom with louvre windows which can be folded back to enjoy an ocean view. Available with either king size bed or separate twin beds, some do have connecting doors, of which one room is with king size bed and the other with seperated twin beds. All rooms do have ocean and garden views, some overlook the main swimming pool.

Interior: Recently refurbished; blue and white stripe fabrics with mahogany and wicker furnishings, influenced by Ralph Lauren, a Round Hill shareholder, who also redecorated our Cocktail Bar and Lobby

Round Hill Suites There are 29 individually owned villas with 74 suites surrounded by 30 acres of gardens. Villas or cottages contain 2, 3, or 4 suites, each with its own entrance and living area (enclosed or semi-enclosed). Sizes vary, and most have spectacular views.

There are 22 villas with their private swimming pools. Each villa has a kitchen where the housekeepers cook breakfast for service in separate suites. Complimentary golf cart service is on call for transfer between villas and the main hotel if required.

• All suites can be rented individually, for a maximum of two couples per villa sharing a pool, or they can be rented as complete villas with a private pool for up to 8 persons.

• Villas are beautifully decorated by individual owners to Round Hill's standard. The general style is laid back, plantation style elegance. You may find wicker, mahogany or bamboo furniture, slip covers and beautiful wooden floors.

• Bedrooms may be closed off and air conditioned. Living rooms convey a very light, Caribbean feel with the trade winds passing through it. Laid back elegance in tasteful verandah style. All villas face west and enjoy fabulous views and sunsets.

• All suites are furnished with the following amenities:Bath tub with shower, air conditioned bedrooms and ceiling fans, hair dryer, telephones with direct dial, bathrobes and umbrella, refrigerators in existing kitchen, separate twin beds or king size beds.
• There is one kitchen per villa, which is used by the cook and housekeepers in order to prepare breakfast which is served in privacy at your verandah, in your suite or garden area.

• Complimentary golf cart service is on call for transfer between villas and the main hotel if required, although most are just a short stroll to the sea. Children under 2 years old are complimentary in room.

Master Villa Suite An extra large suite in a villa with pool, consisting of bedroom, living room (enclosed or semi enclosed) garden and / or verandah.

Deluxe Villa Suite

Amenities
Fresh water pool at the edge of the Caribbean Sea for use by all guests; private beach offering a fully equipped watersports center with some complimentary services.

PADI diving, deep-sea fishing boats and yachts are available for charter. Round Hill also boasts five all-weather courts (2 lit for evening play) for complimentary tennis. Our resident pro is always delighted to arrange tournaments, Round Robins, etc.

A fitness center equipped with treadmills, step master, rowing boat, bicycle, and free weights and personal instructor for exercise classes. Jogging and walking path, nature walk weekly. Golf can be arranged at the championship course just a few minutes away, with complimentary transportation.

Duty free shop, gift shop, art gallery and "Pineapple" logo shop on property; twice daily complimentary shuttle for shopping.
