Aqua Moon's menu is a wonderful blend of Jamaican and American
dishes. Fresh squeezed orange juice, Blue Mountain Coffee, fruit
plates, 4-course lunches and dinners — the Aqua Moon staff is

Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee is among the most renowned in the
world. It is grown in the heavily forested Blue Mountains region
of eastern Jamaica.
Jamaican food is healthy and delightfully rich in flavor blending
African, Chinese, Indian, Spanish, and European cuisines. Rice,
vegetables such as beans, yams and green peppers, and fruits such
as mangos, bananas and papayas, all come together in savory seafood
and meat dishes.
A visit to Aqua Moon is not complete without a meal that includes
tasting the savory flavors of jerk chicken and fish. Jerk refers
to the heavenly mixing of special spices used to season grilled
chicken, fish, and other meats. Lime juice, crushed pimento, berries,
hot peppers and other spices give jerk that unmistaken Jamaican
