It is a large 6000 sq foot home that is surrounded by green lawns and a fabulous stretch of white sandy beach in the back yard. There are complimentary kayaks and snorkelling equipment, wonderful snorkelling reef just 50’ from this shore. If you are looking for more action, take a walk next door to Breezes Resort and enjoy more water sports such as scuba, water-skiing, tennis, sailing, windsurfing and half price green fees.

This villa is perfect for beach lovers. There is also a lovely pool with a wet bar for making those delicious tropical drinks. The main floor of this villa has a living room and dining room which have been decorated in lovely colours, very comfortable plush sofas. There are five bedrooms upstairs, all are air-conditioned, and all open onto a wrap around veranda which over looks the Caribbean blue sea. Downstairs off the living area is another air conditioned king size bedroom with double day bed for kids and its own ensuite bathroom. There is direct access to the pool deck from this bedroom.

This is a wonderful villa with wide open lawn spaces, best for playing badminton, croquet volley ball or simply just napping in the hammock under the shady tree. The lawn is looked after with colourful tropical flowers in this garden. There are also a few banana trees and coconut trees on the property.

Sweet Spot is very well appointed and charming. Upstairs, the magnificent ocean view is at its best with four of the six bedrooms taking full advantage of this. Three of these bedrooms have king-sized beds, while the fourth has twins that can be kissed together upon request. The fifth bedroom upstairs has a panoramic view of the golf course and is very private. A sixth bedroom, with a king-sized bed and a double day bed (perfect for children) opens onto the pool deck downstairs. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are fully air-conditioned. There are two living rooms, one upstairs and the other downstairs, with plush sofas and exquisite original artwork. Both are equipped with a Digital Satellite System, VCR, Stereo and a 32" television. The upstairs living room also has a computer with full internet access and a fax machine.

Runaway Bay is a scenic 60 minute drive from the Donald Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, where a private driver awaits your arrival.

Runaway Bay is also 20 minutes away from Ocho Rios and the world famous Dunn’s River Falls; close enough to enjoy the popular resort area and far enough away to maintain your privacy.Runaway Bay offers most major conveniences including supermarket, pharmacy, first aid clinic and rent-a-car agency, all within walking distance of the villa.

Endless activities abound nearby. From championship golf, horseback riding, scuba diving, mountain climbing, river rafting, cave exploring to swimming with dolphins, its all here. There’s also fine dining, spa treatments and fabulous shopping nearby.
