Summertime villa is a large private house, located only 15 minutes west of the Montego Bay airport. This villa sits high on a hillside, yet across the road from the waterfront….its high hillside location gives Summertime the advantage of spectacular Ocean views. As you drive up the entrance driveway of this lovely villa, you can’t help but see the gardeners work in the landscaped grounds which are surrounded by an abundance of palm trees, crotons, bougainvillea and hibiscus and many of Jamaica’s colorful local species.

One of the best treats in this villa is the enticing views during the day and the night…district glimmering nightlights of Montego Bay are certainly amazing.

The staff at Summertime will make sure you have a wonderful Jamaican holiday. You will be well looked after, have the delicious meals cooked by Summertime’s chef. The house will be looked after by the housekeepers and if you would like laundry done, the laundress will have it done in no time. Spoil yourself on this holiday!

The interiors of Summertime are elegantly furnished. The living room is classicly and elegantly furnished, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. There are wonderful wooden floors throughout this house and in the bedrooms, gives the plantation feel to this large private home.

This house can be rented as a 2 bedroom or a 6 bedroom, please inquire for rates. You will have the whole house to yourselves and the other rooms will not be rented to any other party. It’s a great way to have a whole large villa….at an affordable rate. Get the true feeling of living in a large private mansion on the beautiful tropical island of Jamaica.

The bedrooms at Summertime are spread out over this large home. There are two in the east wing, two in the west wing and two upstairs. For families traveling together, Summertime offers privacy for couples, family groups, a wonderful choice for families or large groups.

Master Bedroom: King-size bed This is a very spacious bedroom. Ensuite bathroom with bathtub plus separate walk-in shower, dressing room, French doors to rooftop and spectacular Caribbean seaviews.

Bedroom 2: King-size or two twin beds. Ensuite bathroom with shower, French doors to rooftop and more spectacular Caribbean ocean view.

Bedroom 3: King-size or twin beds. En-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination. This bedroom opens to a verandah and also opens to pool

Bedroom 4: Double bed. En-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination, This room also opens onto a verandah

Bedroom 5: Kingsize or twin beds. En-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination. This room has a connecting door to Lavender Room. It also opens to pool patio.

Bedroom 6: Kingsize or twin beds. En-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination. Connecting door to Yellow Room. This room also opens to pool patio.

Bedroom 7: Shares west wing with Green Room. Twin-size sleigh bed, shares hall bathroom with Green Room. A second twin can be added if there is a need to fit more people into this villa.
