One of the most popular family owned and managed properties on
Negril's famous seven mile stretch of white sandy beach. An intimate
resort with a non-hotel atmosphere, White Sands is ideal for families,
singles and couples alike. An excellent choice for the undemanding
traveler who values the charm of a family owned and managed resort.
Over the years, where White Sands started as a four room property,
White Sands has grown to forty rooms and continues to expand with
some rooms on the beach side of the resort and some are located
across the road from the beach in the garden section of the resort.
All rooms contain air-conditioning, refrigeration, and either
a balcony or porch
Rooms in each section of White Sands are large and very comfortable.
All rooms are air-conditioning to cool you off during the warm
Jamaica day and balmy nights.
One of the unique features of White Sands is its 4 bedroom villa
which is located across from the beach.....perfect for a family
holiday or simply for friends on a getaway vacation with its own
pool.
Some of the amenities at White Sands include the Gardenside pool
and games room, beach bar and grill with a lovely sundeck.

Villa
Negril's only four bedroom, four bathroom house with private pool.
It is a basic villa and is deal for families and groups. It contains
a full kitchen, living room/dining room, gazebo, outside dining
area, and a small atrium in the middle of the house. The Villa
is located across the road from the beach, about 1 1/2 minutes
walk to the water's edge.
One Bedroom Apartment
These are our largest units, comprising a bedroom, living room,
dining room, kitchen and full bathroom. The bedroom has one double
and one twin bed. The living room has two additional twin beds.
Located on the ground floor on the beach side of the road.
Deluxe Room
These rooms are our middle category units. Each room has vaulted
ceilings with one double and one twin bed and full bathroom. Located
on the second floor on the beach side of the road.
Standard Room
There are 3 different types of standard rooms. These are the smallest
units on the property. The bedding for all units is either one
double bed, or two twin beds. The units are for double occupancy
only.
