This is a romantic resort is nestled amidst
7 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, 300 yards from the
shimmering, turquoise waters of the Caribbean, 2 1/2 miles from
Negril Beach and light years away from the world you left behind.
A popular, romantic resort situated amidst 7 acres of landscaped
gardens in the west end of Negril. Nearly every fruit indigenous
to Jamaica can be found here. The restaurant offers Jamaican and
international cuisine and the poolside bar is a relaxing spot
to sip your cocktails. The rooms are set in one and two storey
cottages scattered throughout the gardens, and are simply but
comfortably furnished. This property offers excellent value for
money and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
Thatch House
As the name implies, a thatch palm roof covers this 5 bedroom
house. It may be rented by the room, but it is ideally suited
for groups up to 11 people. There is a large kitchen for cooking.
The 5 rooms include the romantic honeymoon suite with it's hand
carved kingsize mahogany bed. Complete cooking facilities, utensils
and ceiling fans. Group rates are available.
Round House
A deluxe four bedroom unit is located on the east side of the
property. It can be rented by room, or the whole house, and may
accommodate groups up to 12 people. Private bathrooms and a fabulous
view of the whole compound will make for a laid back and enjoyable
stay. group rates are available.
One and Two Story Cottages
These are our finest units. They are octagonal in shape with lovely
spacious verandas. The one story cottage contains a double and
a single bed with complete kitchen facilities, utensils and ceiling
fans. The two story cottage has a kitchen and living area downstairs
with your bedroom upstairs. The upstairs bedroom contains a double
bed and is surrounded by a beautiful veranda to give you an all
encompassing view of the entire resort.
Double Cottage
Directly across from the pool, these two bedroom units share kitchen
and bath facilities. They are ideal for couples traveling together,
or families with children. The houses are hidden behind hedges
of croton and tropical shrubs. Cherries are just an arms reach
from the hammock on your veranda. Complete kitchen facilities,
utensils and ceiling fans.
The Chateau
Our new, deluxe eight bedroom unit can be rented by the room,
or if you choose, the whole house can accomodate larger groups.
Each room contains private bath, single and double beds. From
the upper story, a commanding view can be had of the entire village.

The Hacienda
Set within orange groves is our ten-room unit containing Summerset
Village's superior rooms. Each room has air conditioning, full
bath and two double beds. Enjoy a view of the gardens, with fruit
trees within easy reach.
