Heron Cove/Rum Punch-Montego Bay 

Heron Cove enjoys a deluxe status after being completely renovated in 2003. This villa is a waterfront villa and is dramatically situated on 2 acres on a point overlooking the sea.

This is truly a magnificent villa which offers perfect sunset viewing. All rooms in this villa have wonderful water views. This waterfront villa has easy swimming access to the sea from steps. If you want a change in swimming venue, try the spectacular 70 foot infinity edge pool. You will not want to leave your villa!

There are three very spacious bedrooms which have 2 king beds and one queen bed. All beds are made of rich, local, Jamaican mahogany. The bedrooms were specially designed by the owners to open out to the pool and capture the specular sea views that makes this villa so special. The owner has also taken care to make sure the bathrooms have private baths made of native Jamaica limestone. Each bedroom has its own ensuite. There is a very private bedroom which is located away from the main house and across the beautiful infinity pool. This is a cottage which offers privacy, yet close to the pool and main house facilities.

For your leisure, there is a large open living room with very comfortable and smart furnishings. There is also an open air veranda with a lovely dining area near the sea. This all creates a spectacular setting to be enjoyed in Jamaica.

Heron cove is a 3 bedroom, but for those who require a 5 bedroom rental property, Rum Punch is an additional 2 bedroom villa with a king bedroom and 2 full beds. This can sleep an additional 4 people, making this a 10 people combined rental. Rum Punch has its own pool, kitchen and gardens with specimen plantings available across the road.

Tryall Club Temporary Membership Fee

Tryall is a private club whose members may use all Club facilities and programs at no extra charge, with the exception of golf. Amenities include tennis, beach, water sports, the excellent gym, the Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea and various special events.

Commencing January 1, 2009, the Tryall Club will require all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of US$100 per week for each guest 18 or older, or US$20 per day per person for stays of less than 7 days (inclusive of tax). This policy applies to all new bookings received after September 1, 2008.

Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Fee locally at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register. Credit cards are accepted. You will be given a temporary membership card to enable your access to all Club facilities.
