Birds Eye View has a total of 8 bedrooms. The main villa has 5 bedrooms (air-conditioned by April 15,2012), and new 3 luxury air conditioned bedroom villa can be rented separately,the brand new section of this sprawling mansion. Prestigious area in Spring Farm, Montego Bay and located only 12 minutes from the Montego Bay airport.
Villa has own kitchen, all bedrooms are air conditioned, ensuite bathrooms. Living area is located downstairs, with a indoor dining area or you can have your choice of having your meals outdoors, or around the large swimming pool.
In the new section of this villa, upstairs are 3 new bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms, two of which have a unique outdoor shower area. Amenities include internet facilities, TV, DVD player, BBQ outdoors, large lawn area, large swimming pool, large games room with pool table. This is a very family friendly villa. If you rent the 3 bedroom cottage, the other 5 bedrooms will remain unoccupied so you will enjoy your privacy and the entire grounds of this large prestigious mansion in upscale Montego Bay at the fraction of the price!
MAIN HOUSE - 5 bedrooms
All bedrooms have more than one fan(A ceiling and a wall fan.) Air conditioning will be installed in the main house/ 5 bedrooms by April 15, 2012- where new rates will apply. If booking the 5 br villa before April 15th, 2012, deduct $1000/wk.

The master suite has an additional single bed. Other features of the master suite includes: hot tub, sauna, large balconies, spacious sitting area, great sea view.
