Pleasant View Villa is located in the prestigious area of Great
River Private, Montego Bay and is a wonderful three bedroom, three
bathroom plus a powder room - open plan and spacious private home.
Pleasant View, a new three-bedroom villa,
crested on six acres is designed in the old
traditional Jamaican style.
The house’s architecture exhibits elements of design which promotes
efficiency of cooling through natural ventilation. The three bedroom
suites have ceiling fans and air conditioners, and the rest of
the house with it’s large living and a dining rooms are opened
to the atrium and are equipped with large ceiling fans.
The swimming pool frames the view of the ocean and sky, as the
cruise ships go by in the far distance. As you enter the front
doors of Pleasant View, you will admire the open garden area with
sun beams streaming through to brighten this wonderful garden
atrium area.
With all bedrooms opening out to this open area, Bedroom 1 has
a mahogany four poster king bed and own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom
2 has two queen beds, is spacious with own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom
3 has a king bed with double doors leading out to the garden area
and swimming pool.
Fully staffed with your own cook, housekeeper and gardener/poolman,
you will be pampered this holiday! There is an open living room
which extends to the whole width of the villa and has another
sitting lounge area with TV, DVD and CD player. The dining room
is open plan and opens onto the atrium garden and fountain.
Your own private swimming pool has the infinity pool effect which
seems to spill over the hillside as you relax on the lounges around
the pool area. Pleasant View, consistent with its name, is parched
a-top a little bluff with a wonderful view of the Caribbean Sea.
The property and its atrium is nestled in a lush garden setting
with dewy island blossoms throughout the year, which permits each
guest to enjoy a most irresistible Jamaican hideaway.
