Point Village Resort is located in Negril, Jamaica, 90 min. from Montego Bay's Donald Sangster International Airport and less than 5 min. from Negril's Aerodrome.

Situated on 14 acres of lush tropical gardens, Point Village's name refers to the Jamaican village-like atmosphere as well as the geographical location of picturesque Rutland Point situated between Negril's famous seven-mile beach and spectacular Bloody Bay Beach.


The property is beautiful in its diversity. It features two white sand beaches and spectacular cliffs complete with grottos - perfect for snorkeling and exploring. Swim in the fresh-water swimming pool, relax in the Jacuzzi or spend the day in our unique, refreshing Rock Pools (pools that are carved from the ironshore that are filled with the lapping waves from the Caribbean Sea).

Point Village has 150 apartments comprising of studios, superior studios, junior suites, one bedroom suites, and two and three bedroom townhouses.

One-Bedroom Suites have a queen bed in the bedroom and a day bed in the living room area. Separate Living room. Bathroom has shower & bathtub. Available in either Ocean or Garden View. Accommodates 2 Adults & 2 Children (13 years & under) OR 3 Adults

Two-Bedroom Townhouses have one bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with twin beds and two single size day beds in the living room area. In these duplex units, one bathroom has shower and bath while the other has shower only. Accommodates 3 Adults & 3 Children (13 years & under) OR 4 Adults

Three Bedroom Townhouses have an additional bedroom and bathroom (with shower and bath). Accommodates 4 Adults & 4 Children (13 years & under) OR 6 Adults

All accommodations feature air conditioning, Cable TV and Kitchenettes. All have balconies or patios and spectacular views of the ocean or our lush tropical gardens.

Our Kiddies' Centre: caters to children up to 13 years. Your kids will love their new 'best friends' (caregivers)... they may not want to leave! Activities are tailored for your children with lots of fun throughout the day while you're having fun in the sun! Full-service beauty salon located on property that offers guests hair-styling, make-up, facials, manicures and pedicures. Salon also provides spa services at Spa Serenity (located at the Rock Pools) where guests can enjoy deep tissue massages, reflexology, aromatherapy, swedish massages, indian head massages, body polishes and body scrubs all while relaxing to the calm lapping of the ocean and the cool Caribbean breeze!

Land Sports
Land Sports include beach volleyball, football, basketball, and a tennis court (rackets and balls available at the front desk),Domino Tournaments, beer-drinking contests, trivia and other games available. Point Village Fitness Program

Water Sports
Our Watersports shop is open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Your All-Inclusive Watersports Package includes:
Snorkeling gear provided: mask, fins, and snorkels. These are available for one hour at a time.
Kayaks - Available for 40-minute sessions.
Sunfish & Windsurfing - Equipment issued all day and are available for 40-minute periods. Free sunfish sailing & windsurfing lessons are conducted daily between 10:00 am and 11:00 am.
Glass Bottom Boat rides: Provided twice per day at 10:00 am and 11:00 am. The duration of each trip will be 40 minutes. Experienced guides will brief guests on the underwater environment, fish, coral and the delicate eco-system.
Free Scuba Clinic : Offered on Wednesday mornings for guests interested in experiencing what it's like to breathe underwater. (Sign up 24 hours in advance).
