Tee Time Villa is located in an exclusive gated community in the upscale neighbourhood within the famous Ritz Carlton's Golf Course, the White Witch. This is a brand new development located within the estate of the historically famous Rose Hall Great House.

With over 5,000 sq. feet of this brand new, tastefully decorated villa, this contemporary villa is one of the newest villas on the market with such high quality decor and furnishings. Located within 5 minutes to three of Jamaica's more famous golf courses, such as the White Witch, Cinnamon Hill, and Half Moon, this is a villa for the avid golfer!

Keep active with the poolside air conditioned gym, with Bowflex elliptical, treadmill and free weights. If you have to keep in touch with the business world, feel free to use the contemporary office as there is wireless internet access (you may bring your laptop). There are 6 flat screen televisions throughout this villa, and an additional television in the gym! Enjoy the 2 complimentary four seater golf carts.

Open marble stairway with aluminum handrails leads guests up to the second floor where there are 3 bedrooms. The 4th bedroom is located on the main level, perfect for guests who may have wheelchair requirements. Ther is also an extra 5th bedroom on the lower level. All bedrooms have state of the art remote control quiet air conditioners and flat- screen televisions.

Upstairs:


Master Suite: Large master suite - 650 sq ft - Kingsize bed with own sitting area and large 42 inch flat screen TV. This bedroom hs its own furnished balcony which looks towards the swimming pool. Ensuite bathroom has double vanity basins, Kohler whirlpool bathtub. Also has a very large walk in closet with multiple drawers and hanging wardrobes - extra large!



Yellow Room: 300 sq ft - Twin beds which can be made into an optional kingsize bed with a 27 inch television. Opens to balcony which over looks swimming pool. Ensuite batroom with signature cobalt blue glass vanity sink with bathtub/shower combination. Large walk in closet.


Lime Room: 200 sq ft - Kingsize bed which opens to balcony, 32 inch television, ensuite bathroom, bathtub/shower combination.


Office: This is an air conditioned, contemporary office with a black leather desk and internet connection - perfect for the guest who has to keep in touch with the business world!


GROUND LEVEL:
200 ft - kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower combination. This room also has its own 27 inch television. Great for guests who want to avoid steps to get to their bedroom!


LOWER LEVEL:
This is a wonderful bedroom which could be a second master bedroom. Large at 400 sq. ft. with Kingsize bed, own sitting area and 32 inch television. This bedroom also opens out to a private verandah with table and chairs and small garden. This bathroom has a Kohler whirlpool bathtub and separate glass-door shower. Another large walk in closet with multiple drawers and hanging space for clothes/wardrobe.

Effective Nov 1, villa guests will have complimentary membership at Jamaica's famous Doctor's Cave Beach Club, a 12 minute drive from the villa. Membership includes access to the showers and changing rooms, gym, bar, games room, steam and sauna, and the beach with offshore reef for snorkeling. Membership also includes use of the Club House with television, pool table and lounge. (Fees may apply to various water sports.)
