Nutmeg South has been totally renovated, inside and out, to reveal a luxurious and spacious 5 bedroom villa in the prestigious Spring Farm neighbourhood in Montego Bay.
Located through the entrance of the prestigious Half Moon Golf and Country Club, Nutmeg South is one of the most elegant villas with magnicient views. As you walk through the entrance, of this spacious home you enter a living room which has wide open views to the swimming pool and further beyond is the magnificient blues of the Caribbean Sea.
The most warm and friendly feeling is apparent is this family friendly villa, with a full staff of 6. You will certainly be pampered by your own butler, cook, housekeeper, gardeners and laundress! Very attuned to families, this villa provides a large fenced grassy property, complimentary high chair, crib, water toys and if you need a nanny, this can be arranged upon request.
Nutmeg South provides a luxurious villa vacation that will certainly be memorable. Enjoy the comforts of your luxurious air conditioned bedrooms, and a wonderful 42" flat screen TV in your air conditioned family room with DVD, ADSL internet access and wireless network for laptop users. There is also a priinter, copier and fax machine. For families, enjoy the wonderful books, CD's DVD movies - and for the outdoor moments, enjoy special BBQ's around the pool deck!
BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a kingsize four poster mahogany bed. This bedroom is large, with its own ensuite bathroom, with a Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. This master bedroom has a large dressing room with his and her vanities. This bedroom has a suite which includes a den with a 42" TV, DVD, sound system, computer, fax, copier and printer.
Bedroom 2: Kingsize bed - with ensuite bathroom, with bathtub and shower combination - and bidet.
Bedroom 3: Kingsize bed - with ensuite bathroom with walk in rain shower.
Bedroom 4: Twin beds- this can be pushed together to make a king bed at guests request. There is an ensuite bathroom for this bedroom.
DOWNSTAIRS:
Bedroom 5: This is a great room for families, or teens. This large open room has a pool table, a 40" TV which is mounted on the wall, its own kitchenette, ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower.
There are 3 twin beds in this downstair bedroom. This room is acessed by exterior spiral staircase, and you are able to walk out to your own private terrace and to the swimming pool.
Nutmeg South can accommodate up to 11 guests comfortably. 2 extra guests can be accommodated as we have 2 extra cots. Cost for extra guests is $35 per night per person.
This villa is only 5 minutes from beaches and 3 world-class golf courses: Half Moon, White Witch and Cinnamon Hill
We are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2012, Nutmeg Villa will have Full Membership at the luxurious resort, Half Moon Hotel, A Rock Resort. All our guests will have golf, tennis and beach membership during our stay with us. As such, please update your website to reflect this change.

Our staff made us feel like royalty and catered to our every need. We were in heaven and were having a relaxed vacation.
Beverly was such a good cook. No matter what meals we wanted her to prepare, she could do it all and she did it very well. We could not wait for dinner for we were so excited to see how she would prepare it. We were able to purchase some beautiful fresh seafood such as lobsters, tiger eye shrimps and an array off fresh fish from the sea along with oxtails and chicken. Our breakfast was catered to each of us and it was spot on every morning. Beverly should write a cook book. I enjoyed her meals and miss her as we speak.
Carlington our Butler, catered to our every need. He made some very good exotic drinks. Everyday during breakfast and dinner, the table was set with a different place setting and it always made us feel like we were dining someplace different when we ate. His vast knowledge of Jamaica was a good history lesson about the islands and much appreciated. He was very charming and polite and we enjoyed his humor and the love he has for what he does.
Shereen, our housekeeper/laundress was a very soft spoken women who we adored. She kept the villa spotless and the turn down service every night showcased different flower petals from the garden and she left a pitcher of ice cold water by the bedside nightly. She takes pride in making sure everything is looking beautiful for the guest. We also enjoyed her beautiful dogs who were well behaved and friendly.
Wilton & Andre our Gardner's, were up very early in the morning taking care of the pool area and the grounds. The landscaping on the property was well manicured and they enjoy making it all look beautiful and effortless. Its amazing how these two men can maintain the grounds on so many acres of this property. We take our hats off to them for doing such an excellent job in keeping the grounds beautiful.
Once again, we would like to thank the entire staff for making our stay at Nutmeg Villa one that we will always remember. We came back to New York well rested, relaxed and stress-free......... and it doesn't get any better than that. Shirley Nixon.
