Located in the exclusive San San Estates just minutes outside of Port Antonio and close to the Frenchman’s Cove and San San private beaches, Norse Hill is a magnificent hilltop villa situated on eight lush acres of tropical rainforest. The grounds include stunning panoramic ocean views, a botanical garden with species gathered from around the world, and a network of exploration trails. Built in the early 1960s by a Norwegian shipping magnate, the villa offers luxurious accommodations with extraordinary Asian and European furnishings.

Featuring four expansive bedrooms with balconies or terraces, Norse Hill comfortably accommodates ten (10) guests. Each bedroom has the option of either a single king bed or two double beds. All bedrooms have dressing rooms with ensuite baths. Three bedrooms with balcony views are located upstairs. The ground floor bedroom includes two double beds with an additional sleeping loft (ideal for children!). All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, although this hilltop retreat enjoys a constant breeze, making it much cooler than villas situated at sea level.

The full-time professional staff includes chef, butler, housekeeper and gardeners. The experienced chef will arrange and prepare savory meals with fresh ingredients to satisfy any taste or budget, including Jamaican specialties if desired.

This wonderful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa has a large spacious rooms, a unique winding staircase which leads to 3 bedrooms upstairs. There is a private bedroom downstairs. The interiors have a touch of rich Oriental furnishings throughout. There is full staff which will pamper you on your holiday.

Getting Here
The closest international airport is Norman Manley International in Kingston. The driving times from Port Antonio to the Kingston airport and to Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay Antonio have been reduced considerably by completed reconstruction of the North Coast Highway. Approximate drive times: 2.0 to 2.5 hours to Kingston airport, 3.5 to 4.0 hours to Montego Bay airport.

Port Antonio is located 2 hrs to Ocho Rios, 4 hours drive to Montego Bay and half a day drive to Negril. If you did want to leave your perfect hideaway and take a drive out to these spots, even spend a night there, it is all very manageable. Jamaica is a small island.
