is located on the beautiful Discovery Bay. This absolute waterfront
home has its own private white sandy beach.
There are complimentary kayaks and snorkelling gear available
for villa guests, to explore the beautiful turquoise waters of
Discovery Bay and to kayak along the fabulous homes that belong
on this stretch of this lovely bay.
Guests can also enjoy the private tennis court, wonderful swimming
pool which is surrounded by a spacious grassy lawn. This villa
is perfect for children and families. In the main house, there
are 3 comfortable bedrooms with two upstairs and one downstairs.
In a cottage adjacent to the tennis court are two additional bedrooms
which is great for kids or teenagers.

This villa is very comfortable with all bedrooms having their
own ensuite bathrooms. The main house bedrooms have fabulous views
of the bay and sparkling turquoise waters. The cottage bedrooms
are more casual with their own ensuite bathrooms with showers.
This cottage is located conveniently close to the main house,
only about 30 steps away, yet still has privacy as needed.
The staff here needs special mention here as they have been with
Sea Grape for many years and are most caring to all the villa
guests. Kirline, Blossom, Joyce and Robbie are such a pleasure
to be with, they really make Sea Grape run smoothly and most of
all they will make sure your holiday is carefree.
