Wonderful beach front villa situated in a lovely tropical landscaped setting. The owner has taken care with choosing the garden so as to have flowers bloom all year round. This property sits on 2 acres of landscaped grounds an a wonderful backyard sea view. Walk straight out onto the white sandy beach which is perfect for sunning, playing games or relaxing and soaking in the tranquil waters.

Meals can be enjoyed either in the formal dining room inside, or on the wonderful veranda which is comfortably furnished and overlooks the gorgeous landscaped gardens and the blue Caribbean Sea. As a special treat, have your dinner by candlelight out at the seaside gazebo. You may be lucky enough to see the fishermen at night with their night torches, laying bait and catching fish or lobsters which can be delivered and prepared for the next morning's breakfast.

In the main house there are four bedrooms. One is a large Master bedroom and three wonderfully decorated bedrooms. In the two story Beach Cottage, there is a fifth bedroom and a smaller sixth bedroom which is most suitable for children. This is such a wonderful cottage, very well maintained with the convenience of a small kitchenette, spacious living room and massive master bedroom upsairs. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have French doors to the wonderful tropical view.

The Beach Cottage is a 2 story cottage right beside the sea. Downstairs there is the living room with its own satellite TV, full kitchen with microwave, sound system powder room and extra bedroom with queensize bed perfect for children. Upstairs of this cottage is the kingsize bedroom with large en-suite marble bath and oversize walk in shower. There is a beach balcony with lounges for sunning and this overlooks the ocean and the tennis court. Neighboring villa is Serenity Villa.

Designed as the owners’ private quarters, this is an exquisite 2-story cottage right next to the sea. Downstairs are the living room, kitchen with microwave, VCR and cable television, sound system, small extra bedroom with with queensize bed, hall bathroom and walk-in shower. The lower level opens to a private terrace on the edge of the beach where meals are served if only the Beach Cottage is occupied. (If more than two guests are in residence, all meals are served on the main house verandah, although eye-opener coffee and fruit may be served at the Beach Cottage.) Upstairs are the kingsize bedroom, over-the-beach balcony with lounges for sunning or star-gazing, and large en-suite marble bath with oversize walk-in shower.

THE TRYALL CLUB RESORT AND BEACH MEMBERSHIP

A significant amenity for guests in this villa is membership at the excellent Tryall Club.  On 2,200 acres, Tryall’s golf course is among the most beautiful in the world.  Its 18 hillside and seaside fairways have been home to the Johnnie Walker, Mazda and other PGA championship events.  The resident pro offers workshops and private lessons.   The Tryall tennis club features nine Nova Cushion courts, some lit for night play, with world-class pro’s on call.  All whites required.

The beach is well planned for parents and children. Have lunch at the beach bar.  Work out in the well-equipped gym.  Jog the marked trails. Snorkeling, kayaking, hobie cat and sunfish are complimentary.  Glass bottom boats, charter fishing, a boat to the reef and any captained craft attract various fees.  Enjoy the week’s events, including the Monday Night Manager’s Cocktail Party and the Wednesday and Friday night beach parties (Friday Seafood Night on the Beach Buffet is excellent).
