Sundown is located in the very picturesque Discovery Bay, on
"Millionaires Row" and is one of the most exquisite villas on
Jamaica's North Coast. This villa is located on the waterfront
and has 125ft stretch of private powdery, white sandy beach all
to its own. Sundown Villa epitomizes what an exquisite villa vacation
should be. A wonderful 7 bedroom villa spread out over 6000 sq
ft of enviable Caribbean styled living. Sundown Villa is made up of a main house which has 5 spacious
bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. The guest cottage is conveniently
close, and is made up of another two bedrooms, each with ensuite
bathrooms. The living areas in Sundown are spacious and furnished
with large comfortable sofas. There are wonderful French doors
which open up to the welcoming ocean breezes. The interiors are
beautifully decorated with wonderful rich fabrics and the furniture
is mainly of wicker and mahogany. There are marble floors in the
living and dining room. The living area is the focal point for
entertainment as located in here is a large satellite TV, VCR,
CD and movie library. There are many board games available for
the whole family's entertainment. This large villa has two dining areas. There is a formal dining room inside which has a wonderful rich mahogany table which can seat up to 16 people. The out door patio dining area is for more relaxing and casual dining, which has a spectacular view of Discovery Bay and blue azures of the Caribbean Sea. Make your day more magical by spending it in the seaside gazebo, sipping on your tropical rum punch, and watching the glorious sunset across the bay. As a guest of Sundown Villa, you are invited to enjoy complimentary greens fees at the world-renowned Sandals Golf and Country Club. This famous golf club, located in the cool hills of Ocho Rios, boasts immaculately manicured greens and awesome views of the ocean. The beautiful, cool drop in temperature makes golfing here the most pleasurable of experiences. Because the owners of Sundown understand that many guests would
like the chance to get out and eat in other dining atmospheres
on the island, they provide your group with a complimentary, off-property
dinner at the magnificent Sandals Dunn's River Resort (Adults
only). The water is so beautiful at Discovery Bay, Sundown provides extra toys to play, swim and soak in the bay all day. Complimentary are aquatrikes, Kayaks, Windsurfer and Sunfish...you'll never want to get dry!
