Serenity at Tryall- Montego Bay 

The villa of Serenity sits high on the hillside of the famous Tryall Club resort. It has lovely views of the Caribbean Sea, and is also surrounded with landscaped gardens with bright tropical flowers. There is a lovely one of a kind cobble stone driveway which leads to the front of the house. World famous Australian golfer has been known to have made this his holiday home while enjoying the Tryall golf facilities.

One of the special features of this charming villa is its two spacious living rooms. Upstairs, there is a more formal living room which is ideal for special occasions. Downstairs, there is a more relaxed sitting room which is decorated with a hand painted mural by a renowned local artist.

Two bedrooms are located upstairs of the formal living room, while one bedroom is located privately downstairs which is near the pool area. The large stone pool deck has a most inviting oval swimming pool which takes full advantage of the panoramic views of the gardens, golf course and blue azures of the Caribbean Sea.

Johnny the chef needs special mention at this villa as he has been working here for 30 years and gave us a tour of the fruit trees on the property such as Star apple, naseberry, mangoes, ackee. He will often prepare fresh fruits for breakfast from the property when available. Johnny is very versatile and will cook Jamaican or International or any favourites the guests require. When asked what his favourite dish would be, he quickly replied “fish…Jamaican style”. Lorna has also been working at this special villa for 15 years and keeps the house in a great shape.

There are two thatched huts down by the pool area and houses shaded lounge chairs for the pool. There are 8 lounge chairs to relax your days around the pool. Tryall Club Temporary Membership Fee

Tryall is a private club whose members may use all Club facilities and programs at no extra charge, with the exception of golf. Amenities include tennis, beach, water sports, the excellent gym, the Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea and various special events.

Commencing January 1, 2009, the Tryall Club will require all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of US$100 per week for each guest 18 or older, or US$20 per day per person for stays of less than 7 days (inclusive of tax). This policy applies to all new bookings received after September 1, 2008.

Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Fee locally at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register. Credit cards are accepted. You will be given a temporary membership card to enable your access to all Club facilities.
