Serenity in Montego Bay is a lovely 4 bedroom beach front villa.
This villa is one of the most beloved and often revisited villas
in Montego Bay. Its prize location is a waterfront acre eight
miles west of Montego Bay on a stretch of seascape called "the
Jamaican Reviera" by Travel and Leisure.
It has a lovely private pool and seaside terrace for enjoying
those glorious sunny days. This villa offers two complimentary
sea kayaks so that you can take full advantage of the waterfront
access. The scene out the Caribbean blue sea is spectacular.
In Caribbean-style architecture, spaces are defined by airy octagonal
gazebos and high cedar ceilings. Pretty blue and white fabrics
and cool marble floors are throughout. Each bedroom opens to a
sitting area for private afternoon naps and all-day gazing over
a captivating view of the Cariubbean Sea...right at your doorstep.
Just beyond the verandah and pool, a terrace stone walkway leads
to the outdoor shower, lower waterfront terrace with chairse lounges,
beach and sea. If you linger on the lower terrace at night, you
may see our local fiserman carrying their torches and laying nets...a
very lovely sight to see. If the night produces a good catch,
they'll return early in the morning with fresh fish to sell to
the Serenity Cook for tonight's dinner.
Four bedrooms are air conditioned and the owner here has taken
care to place comfortable soft furnishings and soft and romantic
Ralph Lauren wallpapers. Unique to this wonderful villa are the
lovely French doors that open from each bedroom to the verandah.
From here, each bedroom has the most beautiful views of the sea,
and Serenity's tranquil waterfront.
Serenity is a wonderful seaside home with a very loyal and treasured
staff. They are one of the main reasons that this villa has a
very high rate of returning guests year after year. Maud is the
house keeper at Serenity for over 16 years, Adrianna is the head
of household and wonderful cook for over 16 years, Gladstone is
the butler for over 12 years and Earlyn has been the most needed
laundress for 14 years.
This home is an absolute gem with pretty interior designs. Each
bedroom opens to a sitting area which can be used as your own
private area for relaxing, reading, napping or simply gazing out
to the views of the spectacular Caribbean Sea. Serenity shares
a private tennis court with its neighbour,Tranquillity Villa.
If you've left your pets behind while you take a vacation, be
advised that Serenity is home to our lovable 4 year old Rohodesian
Ridgeback, Jimmy. He loves guests and is playful but gentle. If
you wish, the staff can keep Jimmy by the staff quarters.
For larger groups, you can combine Tranquility, Serenity for
8 bedrooms, and Noble house which accommodate another eight more
guests. All together, these 3 homes provide a wonderful compound
for large reunions and weddings.
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed - cable television.
Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink vanity. Opens
to large covered very private verandah.
Bedroom 2: King size bed, cable television, right
next to the swimming pool. Ensuite bathroom has walk-in shower
and walled garden.
Middle Bedroom: Optional kingsize or twin beds,
cable television. En-suite bathroom has deep bathtub, shower and
walled garden. This room has a connecting door to Bedroom 4 for
convenience for parents and children.
Bedroom 4- This bedroom is 200 square feet. Optional
kingsize or twin beds. A connecting door opens to the Middle Bedroom
for convenience of parents and children. A louvred window also
opens between these connecting rooms. parents or nannies can adjust
the louvers to stay open or closed in the night. Bedroom 4 is
suitable for adults or children.
