Seaside Cottage is located within the prestigious Round Hill estate and is a deluxe 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa set on 3 acres of green grassy hills that rolls right down to the seafront. This villa offers a breath taking view of the Caribbean ocean and the district views of Montego Bay. The sparkling pool has a commanding ocean view and also has an outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub for guests to enjoy.

Seaside Cottage is an adorable private home at famous Round Hill. Its exquisite location provides one of the most spectacular views in the Caribbean. This sweet villa is hidden from the awareness of others ... yet only minutes from all amenities of the prestigious Round Hill resort.

Interiors are designed around a unique blend of specially commissioned Balinese and Jamaican furnishings and original art. Floors are cool Italian tile. While meals typically are served al fresco in the poolside gazebo, guests also have the option of an indoor dining room.

A state-of-the-art telephone system in every room. Intercoms enable easy communication among all bedrooms, kitchen and staff quarters. Televisions in each bedroom are individually controlled. In the living room is also a stereo with CD player, DVD/VCR and a 32” television.

All rooms share a breathtaking view over the 10-mile stretch of azure sea that separates Round Hill from the town of Montego Bay, a panorama beyond description day and night. From the pool terrace, an expansive lawn sweeps down to the sea.

For more activity, take a seven-minute walk down a tree-lined lane to Round Hill Hotel and beach club. Shuttle service is available
if you prefer a two-minute ride to the beach. The new 4 seater golf cart is available for rent for a flat rate of $350 per week.

Totally private and self-contained, Seaside Cottage shares 10 acres with its sister property, Hillside Cottage ~ an older but much-loved 4-bedroom villa 100 meters uphill. The two villas can be rented together for a marvelous eight-bedroom compound with two swimming pools and a combined staff of ten. Dinners can be served to all guests at either property.

Free-standing room overlooking the sea. Kingsize bed; doors to private terrace and incredible ocean view. En-suite tiled bath with indoor shower and the piece de resistance ~ a fanciful open-air outdoor shower with gorgeous ocean and Caribbean view day and night!

Bedroom 2
Down outside stairway below Master Bedroom. Kingsize or twin beds at guests’ option; en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Most suitable for teenagers.

Bedroom 3
Kingsize bed; French doors to pool terrace; superb ocean view. En-suite bathroom with double sinks; tiled bathtub with louvered windows on three sides. In main house.

Bedroom 4
Kingsize bed; French doors to pool terrace; superb ocean view; fanciful hand-painted four-poster bed. En-suite tiled bath; double sinks; bathtub and separate glass block shower. In main house.

This is a lovely setting for water front weddings or idyllic for honeymoon hideaways. This villa is very private and located only minutes away from all Round Hill amenities. The interiors of this villa have a wonderful Balinese and Jamaican blend of furnishings and selected art pieces. Meals can be served by the poolside gazebo or the lovely indoor dining room.

There is internet access, TV in each bedroom, intercom among all bedrooms and kitchen, Digital Satellite System, CD, Stereo, DVD, VCR. The complimentary membership to Round Hill and the resort (some fees may apply), you have access to white sandy beach, tennis, world class spa facilities, kids club, water sports, fitness center, jogging trail, bar and restaurants.

Also,evening entertainment, gallery, boutique, internet room, safe and fax facilities. Golf carts are available for rent for transport within Round Hill.

Seaside Cottage shares 10 seaside acres with its sister property Hillside Cottage- a lovely 4 bedroom villa. These two properties are perfect for a large family reunion or wedding. Renting the two villas gives 8 bedrooms for 16 guests, 2 swimming pools and a combined staff of 10. Dinner can be served at either property as desired by guests.
