Seagrape is a wonderful 3 bedroom which has the Caribbean Sea
at its backyard. This is a very cheerful villa with lovely tropical
soft furnishings. There is a wonderful welcoming fountain at the
entrance courtyard and another quite fountain and lily pond in
the backyard tucked away in a private garden. This waterfront
property is most comfortable and offers a most relaxing holiday.
There are wonderful manicured lawns rolling all the way to the
ocean and lovely stepping stones to a waterfront private pool
for cooling off in the tropical sunshine with lounge chairs.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the two other bedrooms
offer twin beds. Cable TV in the living room. There are many comfortable
lounges in this home along with a patio with a swinging double
chair for relaxing or reading your favourite book. A wonderful
staff which includes a chambermaid, cook and gardener will look
after you and your villa for an enjoyable holiday.
A complimentary shuttle will transport villa guests to the resort

Tryall Club Temporary Membership Fee
Tryall is a private club whose members may use all Club facilities
and programs at no extra charge, with the exception of golf. Amenities
include tennis, beach, water sports, the excellent gym, the Kids
Club, Great House afternoon tea and various special events.
Commencing January 1, 2009, the Tryall Club will require all
villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via
a Temporary Membership Fee of US$100 per week for each guest 18
or older, or US$20 per day per person for stays of less than 7
days (inclusive of tax). This policy applies to all new bookings
received after September 1, 2008.
Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Fee locally at the Front
Desk in the Great House when you register. Credit cards are accepted.
You will be given a temporary membership card to enable your access
to all Club facilities.
