Mais Oui is a wonderful 8000 sq foot indoor and outdoor living
space, located on a spectacular garden acre near the Caribbean
Sea. It is an intimate exclusive retreat with 8 spacious bedrooms.
6 bedrooms are air conditioned. Six bedrooms have private en-suite
bathrooms, 2 have whirlpool baths; 4 have soaking tubs, with showers.
Thoughtful conveniences such as individually controlled, state-of-the-art
air conditioning units, hair dryers, in-room CD players, and wonderful

This is one of the best villas to come to and get recharged and renewed with energy. The many amenities that they have on board at this spectacular villa are amazing. You may work out in the gym or instead, be pampered with a massage in their on site Spa facilities. Take a dip in the fresh water swimming pool, where there are plenty of pool floats and toys available. There is also a pool-side hot tub for six.
There is a wonderful tennis court available on the property. You may also shoot a few basket ball hoops or watch some old favourites from the video collection, read books from the villa’s library. Feed the koi in the atrium, or simply star-gaze on the roof deck. The beach is only a few steps away and there are beach towels, beach umbrella and a cooler, you may want to have a picnic there and soak up the sunny days watching the Caribbean Sea.
Wander through the beautiful gardens of this property. This home is has the facilities of a resort. It is perfect for weddings, large group reunions, families and a wonderful corporate retreat.
Excluded in rental: Airfare, costs of outside
attractions and tours, additional round trip airport transfers,
childcare services, alcoholic beverages, spa services and use
of spa facilities without scheduled appointments, car and driver
services, cellular phone servicews, accommodations and use of
facilities and services by persons other than those specifically
included in the renting party.
Damage Deposit: Amount of $500. Costs for excessive
cleaning upon departure, missing or broken items will be deducted
from the deposit. The damage deposit will be refunded promptly
after your departure from the villa and after our staff has performed
inventory checks. If you would like to purchase some of our robes,
for example as souvenirs, please ask our manager.

We now also have an option where guests can purchase their own food and completely tailor their stay to their own vision. Those rates are as follows:
Guests age 12 and up US$105 per person per night
Guests between ages 3 and 11 US$70 per person per night
All rates plus 8.25% Jamaican Tax and 7% staff Gratuity.
Rates are subject to 8.25% Jamaica tax and 7% service charge.
The service charge is paid as a gratuity to our staff. It is intentionally
less than what would be charged at other places so that you have
the option to pay more. Spa services, lunch, golf, or van and
driver service can be added for an additional fee.
