located on Barnes Hill of the world famous Tryall Club and Golf
Resort. Twin Palms is newly built and has to be one of Jamaica's
most outstanding villas on the island.

marvel with 7 grande bedrdooms. A special design of these bedrooms
is the bedrooms are designed with connecting family units in mind
for three bedroom suites. If you need nannies, this is always
available upon request. All bedrooms have flat screen plasma televisions
and there is a children's play room and media room.
The Master Suite has its own full gym. Wireless internet available
throughout this mansion. Complimentary golf carts are available
for guests. Every room in Twin Palms is tastefully decorated and
most luxurious. The furnishing and fixtures were imported from
the USA and Italy.

views of the golf course and the beautiful blue Caribbean sea.

This home has the most DELUXE fittings and furnishings is very
spacious with a large living areas, and this yet again opens to
a spacious covered dining patio which overlooks the sparkling
free form swimming pool. This home has the most luxurious and
spacious feeling, the seven bedrooms are all located on one level
and are spaciously separated from the main house among beautifully
landscaped gardens. The master bedroom is most private as it is
located off the side of the large outdoor patio.
The dining area are designed to seat 20 guests or more. The formal
dining is in the 80 foot dining room with spectacular Italian
chandeliers, displaying exquisite Lalique crystal and Tiffany
china and silver. The kitchen itself being over 80 feet, is the
state of the art appliances which includes 2 ovens, 4 fridges,
2 freezes, 4 Viking warming ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers,
6 burner commercial Vulcan range, indoor and outdoor grill, cappuccino/expresso
machine, deli slicer, juicer and much more.

Club resorts facilities. There is a complimentary shuttle which
will take you to the resort facilities which is only a few minutes
ride away.
This is a 7 bedroom mansion. There are 5 king bedroom and two
queen bedroom suites.
Each suite features an elegant sitting room, flat screen tv.
The Master Bedroom is the largest bedroom of them all, measuring
over 1,000 sq feet, and has its own his andhers dressing areas,
large Jacuzzi and full gym.
Twin Palms has a staff of 11 which includes chefs, butlers, laundress,
chambermaids and security personel.

No smoking is permitted in Twin Palm bedrooms.

activities which make full use of Tryall's amenities and the
expansive grounds of the estate.
Friendly, caring and professional babysitters are available
for hire for a few hours or full-time service.
Tryall Club Temporary Membership Fee
Tryall is a private club whose members may use all Club facilities
and programs at no extra charge, with the exception of golf. Amenities
include tennis, beach, water sports, the excellent gym, the Kids
Club, Great House afternoon tea and various special events.
Commencing January 1, 2009, the Tryall Club will require all
villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via
a Temporary Membership Fee of US$100 per week for each guest 18
or older, or US$20 per day per person for stays of less than 7
days (inclusive of tax). This policy applies to all new bookings
received after September 1, 2008.
Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Fee locally at the Front
Desk in the Great House when you register. Credit cards are accepted.
You will be given a temporary membership card to enable your access
to all Club facilities.
