This is a spectacular waterfront villa located in the picturesque banana port villa of Oracabessa. This is 15 minutes from Ocho Rios, and your neighbor is Ian Flemming’s famous “Golden Eye” Villa. Golden Clouds villa is a luxurious 9-suite estate situated in a park-like 6-acre setting. It is a spectacular oceanfront villa located on Jamaica's fabled North Coast in the picturesque village of Oracabessa. Located a fifteen minute drive from Ocho Rios, the villa overlooks a private palm fringed, white sand beach and the Caribbean Sea. Surrounded by manicured lawns and gardens, the property consists of a main villa with 7 suites and a garden villa with an additional 2 suites and its own kitchen and living area. Each building has a large veranda and its own swimming pool. Golden Clouds has world-famous snorkeling directly in front of the property with multiple access points to the sea from the beach and by ladders, and features it’s own swimming platform located offshore for your convenience. Other recreational facilities include a tennis court, volleyball court, shuffleboard, basketball half-court, and a modern fully-equipped exercise room. The villa is very popular with yoga enthusiasts and features its own yoga studio/spa. The villa common areas include a large living room which opens directly onto multi-level terraces running the entire waterfront length of the estate. The indoor dining area is directly off the living room and overlooks the sea. A large game room off the pool and exercise room with pool access are also common areas. Golden Clouds villa sits high above the sea, overlooking the most fantastic shades of turquoise with a mix of sand, reefs and the deep blue sea right in the back yard of this lovely home. There is a white sand beach section for sunning on beach lounge chairs. Walk down a few more steps to a deck where you can slip into the water and cool down. This is a fantastic place for snorkeling. There are many large indoor/outdoor living areas which open directly onto multi-level terraces, running the entire waterfront length of the estate, offering the most fantastic views from all points. There is a bar outside on the verandah and this makes sure you get your tropical drinks while relaxing, or entertaining, and taking the commanding ocean views. All bedrooms are well appointed, very comfortable and spacious. All have air conditioning and private baths, hair dryers, ceiling fans and most have TV’s. The people who choose this special master bedroom will have their own special treats. The master bedroom boasts a bar, lovely balcony, private terrace and whirlpool bath. The pool area is very special and has its own Cabana. Inside the cabana is a lovely and spacious area is totally furnished with its own kitchenette. This cabana has a very open airy feel, high ceilings and lovely wooden louver doors which open up the the outside cabana area. This outdoor area in front of the pool, is another area for relaxation, entertaining. The pool terrace has its own complete thatched roof gazebo, a recreation, game and exercise room. There is an open BBQ facilities here for memorable out door meals on this terrace. Other amenities include a professional tennis court (pro available on request), basket ball practice, shuffle board, playground for kids, croquet lawn. There is also a digital satellite dish, CD stereo, VCR library, large library of books and fax machine. Golden Cove (12 bedrooms), Wind Jammer (4 bedrooms) are the nearest villas to Golden Clouds if you have extra guests that need accommodation.
