Goat Hill has a fabulous hillside location and captures the most spectacular view of Montego Bay's district views, city lights at night and, fantastic Caribbean ocean views during the day. Goat Hill is a private secluded retreat with favourable trade winds at this location, cools down a tropical day. Capture the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets here.

This home is architecturally unique and designed and in an arrangement of individual pavilions which all come together cut stone terraces and balconies to enhance the prominent features of the spectacular views. Each pavilion has huge louvered doors that open wide to capture that magnificent view and trade wind breezes.

Goat Hill is located 25 minutes west of Sangster International Airport (8 miles or 12 km) outside of Montego Bay on Tamarind Hill, one of Montego Bay’s affluent residential areas. There are other villas in our neighbor hood also for guest rental. Round Hill Hotel and Villas, the famous resort, is located 5 minutes west of Goat Hill and Tryall, location of the championship golf course is just 10 minutes away.

Goat Hill sits on 3.5 acres, a remarkable site, located specifically to benefit from spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, Great River valley and most favorable trade winds day and night. The east view captures a breathtaking sunrise, view of Montego Bay city with city lights at nights, and the west view is equally beautiful toward Round Hill’s vista and the Caribbean Sea. Recently, the entire property was lavishly renovated with simply the best of everything.

Designed by the son of architect Edward Durrell Stone (see history), Goat Hill is a unique arrangement of individual pavilions, wrapped by cut stone terraces and balconies; boosting over 3500 sq ft of living space and over 4000 sq ft of terrace and balcony areas. Each pavilion has large louvered doors that open wide to capture the magnificent views, and offers great privacy in every living space. Textures of rich mahogany, highly polished brass and white canvas upholstery form the renovated interior design. Goat Hill is uncluttered, tasteful and sophisticated.

Bed Configuration:

Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom (upstairs), four poster walnut stained bamboo king size bed. One extra bed and/or crib/cot could be added on request. There are modernized three glass wall doors that open to a wrap-around balcony and sea view. En-suite bath with large open shower and lit walled garden.

Bedroom 2: Below master bedroom 1 (downstairs), king size or twin walnut stained bamboo beds (optional). One extra bed and/or crib/cot could be added on request. Three glass wall doors open up to the stone terrace and swimming pool. En-suite bath with open shower and lit walled garden.

Bedroom 3: Master Bedroom 2 located in a separate pavilion, offering a four poster walnut stained bamboo king size bed. One extra bed and/or crib/cot could be added on request. The three glass wall doors open also to the terrace and a 10’ x 10’ hot tub and adjacent waterfall that flows to a pond below. En-suite bath with outdoor hidden tub-for-two in a private walled mini-garden.

All bedrooms and bathrooms have South American cherry hardwood floors, each 15’ x 20’ bedroom has air-condition, commands stunning ocean views and feature 400 thread count Italian linens. Each bathroom offers large sunken rain showers by Grohe and double vanity above counter porcelain basins. Bathroom amenities are by Starfish, a well known local brand of aromatherapy products and Frette towels.
