Flortlands Point, Jamaica villa -This is a most stunning and newly built property located at the peninsula of Discovery Bay.

Spectacular beach front home with commanding views of the Caribbean Sea and the gentle hills of Discovery Bay. Access is gained through electronic gates which open onto the expansive lawn and panoramic views of the blues azures of the ocean. This property is one of the very few to have 3 private beaches, one a protected cove which is ideal for swimming and snorkeling. This is a perfect location for snorklers and divers. This is a modern seaside mansion with all the comforts and luxury for the most discerning guests.

On the property, times of yester-year are recalled with 7 old cannons placed strategically on this wonderful two acre grounds. For those who are squash enthusiasts, a wonderful indoor glass-backed squash court will keep you fit. Other days, you may want to go to the on-site fitness center, which has weight machines and a stationary cycle. From here, you have magnificent views of the Caribbean sea.

There is a most spectacular infinity edge pool with wonderful cascading waterfall and hot tub. The main entrance of the villas is elegantly appointed with cut stone floors, carefully selected Italian tiles, Persian rugs, exotic woodwork and more. The dining room holds a lovely antique mahogany dining table which seats up to 12 guests for formal sittings.

The bedrooms, arranged for individual privacy on four separate levels, include remote controlled air conditioning, en suite baths, ceiling fans, and telephone intercom system, and are arranged as follows:

Level 1 of Fortlands Point:
This main level has the living room, inside formal dining room, outside dining areas, veranda, bar with television, sound system, kitchen with 6 burner gas stove, and a walk way leads to the staff quarters. All the rooms on this level open to a wide stone terrace, swimming pool and hot tub and magnificent views of the bay. There is an expansive lawn, and walkway to the main beach. There are two other beaches on the sea from this magnificent mansion.

Lower Level of Fortlands Point:

Bedroom #1: King bed with French doors opening to a private terrace and lawn, ocean view, and tub/shower combination. The kingsize bed is custom designed with rich mahogany. There is also a day bed, TV, and spectacular seaviews. This is a wheelchair accessible bedroom and terrace is also accessible via ramped entrance and wide doorways.

Level 2 of Fortlands Point:

Bedroom#2:King bedroom with additional day bed, French doors opening onto a private balcony, ocean view, tub/shower combination.

Bedroom #3:This is a wonderful four poster queen-sized bed, ocean view, tub/shower combination.

Bedroom #4:Twin beds, tub/shower combination. Great for the children's room.

Level 3 of Fortlands Point:

Bedroom #5: The Captains Suite with 4 poster king bed, ocean view, TV, oversize shower with water-jet massagers. In addition to the Captains Suite, level 3 boasts an intimate study/den with large screen surround sound TV and ocean view balcony.

Level 4 of Fortlands Point:

Bedroom #6: King bed, ocean view, TV, lofted ceiling, oversize shower with water-jet massagers.

Bedroom #7: Large loft bedroom under a wonderful steep peaked ceiling. There are 2 twin beds, spacious bathroom with bidet and a large walk in shower.

All bedrooms feature state-of-the-art remote control air conditioners and ceiling fans. All bathrooms are fitted with stainless steel Kohler fixtures. No smoking in bedrooms please.

In addition to the vast array of creature comforts, Fortlands Point offers amenities appealing to the most active guest including a professional, indoor squash court and fitness room with universal weight machine and stationary cycle. Plus, a variety of equipment is always available, and includes snorkeling gear, 3 kayaks, darts, croquet, and squash rackets and balls. And for golf, the championship course in Runaway Bay is but a 20 minute drive.

New facilities at Fortlands Point - a 500 sq ft gazebo primarily for purpose of wedding ceremonies but which will also serve as a covered outdoor dining area or a great place to have a spa/massage as close as you can get to the open ocean without getting your feet wet! Speaking of which don’t forget that if the bride does want to get her feet wet she has a choice of our three private beaches to choose from depending on the size of her bridal party. In addition , Fortlands Point has a new “cooking station” down at the point which consists of a large grill, side burners, hotplates and bar with fridge and running water. This is the perfect spot to have a hot buffet or cocktails as the sun sets. For convenience we have also constructed stairs directly down onto the main beach as lunch in the sea on our “floating bars” is a must at Fortlands point.

Weddings at Fortlands Point:

• **Minimum stay full house for seven nights
• **Wedding must be FULLY CATERED including staff and dinner service.
• **Limited access to the house for non-resident guests (Rental of port-a-loos etc for large weddings)
• **Charge of $15 per person not resident at Fortland’s Point attending the wedding
• **Maximum wedding guest count of up to 150 persons
• **Only one function permitted in addition to the reception and must be fully catered if more than the maximum occupancy of the villa
