Driving up towards this wonderful villa, there are Casurina Trees on the left which grace this driveway. Upon entering this house, there is a lovely fern garden at the enterance which welcomes you to this home. Fern Hill has many unique features which makes this home very comfortable yet sophisticated.

The entrance of the villa leads into the very spacious living room which has sliding wooden louver doors which open and reveal the most wonderful view of the World Famous Tryall Golf Course and azure colours of the Caribbean Sea. The living room is very spacious and decorated with comfortable soft furnishings, overstuffed sofas and chairs with a wet bar with blender for favourite tropical drinks. There is a stereo, VCR, CD and tape deck, movie tapes and cable TV are all found in this wonderful living room.

This villa boasts a covered veranda which runs the full length of the house. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms located in the main house. The 4th bedroom is very private, large and is located beside the swimming pool area. This villa features 2 master bedrooms, with the other located in the main villa.

Walk out onto the long and spacious furnished veranda which stretches the length of the whole house and captures the wonderful views of the Tryall estate and Caribbean Sea. This is a very comfortable and welcoming veranda where you can have casual meals, relax and read your favourite book, and take in the Tradewinds which gives a most pleasant and refreshing feeling. Famous guest has included world fighter Lennox Lewis who is also building his own private home within the Tryall estate.
