FAMILY FRIENDLY - Keeping the kids busy at HALF MOON!

Fairway Manor is a wonderful private villa which over looks the first fairway of the famous Half Moon golf course and has the most spectacular views of the Caribbean ocean. This villa is 6000 sq feet and consists of 5 bedrooms on the main floor, and two additional bedrooms, a large Jacuzzi room, ensuite bathrooms on the upper floor.

The upper floor is accessed by an exterior gated walkway and has its own living area and two king bedrooms opening onto a 900 sq ft balcony with spectacular golf and sea views. There is a large living room upstairs with high ceilings, entertainment center, wonderful art pieces, and furnishings. Six French doors open to upper balcony which makes a wonderful entertaining area.

The swimming pool is very large and has a Jacuzzi on the pool deck and a lovely gazebo with spectacular views overlooking the famous Half Moon golf course and the Caribbean Sea. The Jacuzzi is a wonderful treat and a great way to relax during the day.

Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 are very large at 240sq ft and open to the lower veranda, pool and spa area. Bedroom 5 has an additional day bed for the 15th guest. Bedroom 6 and 7 are also very spacious bedrooms and open to a private outdoor garden patio and has their own separate entrance further up the driveway and accessed on the south side of this large house.

This villa is located near Montego Bay and is only minutes drive away from beaches, four world class golf courses, and tennis facilities, restaurants, water sports and craft markets.

Spacious high-ceilinged room with entertainment center (TV, VCR, sound system), generously furnished on cool stone floors. Six French doors open to upper balcony. Entire area is excellent for entertaining.  All upper level rooms open to the 900-square-foot covered balcony.  The panorama of the Caribbean Sea is magnificent from this vantage point. Sunsets are unforgettable.

The Shelf is 1 foot deep.  The Pool is 2.5 to 3.0 feet deep on the shallow end and 5.5 to 6.0 feet deep on the deep end.
