This captivating villa has a unique architectural design with a heated free form pool. It is privately located on lush landscaped grounds and backs on to the golf course at the 13th hole and has wonderful views of the blue Caribbean Sea. The veranda from this house opens onto the fairway which means you can walk right onto the golf course from your own back yard.

The reception area is an octagonal shape has doors on either side leading to the outdoor patio area and swimming pool. From this uniquely shaped villa, one is led to the free form swimming pool. The living room is also an octagonal shape and has views to the pool on one side and on the other side, there are spectacular views of the green lush landscape and golf views. This is a favourite room as it is also surrounded by a terrace where lounge chairs are placed for your relaxation, reading a book or taking in the wonders of the world class golf course at your doorstep. The formal dining room also has doors leading to the outside patio and pool area. There is a wonderfully appointed office area with a rich mahogany working desk and a bar directly behind the desk.

The master bedroom is a large octagonal shaped room with an ensuite bathroom. There is a small walk out patio where you can take in the views of this wonderful golf course. The louvers like the rest of the house are of a rich wooden colour. In addition to all the other living areas, there is an added sitting room which also has access to the pool and the patio area. No children are allowed and smoking is not permitted.

Tryall Club Temporary Membership Fee

Tryall is a private club whose members may use all Club facilities and programs at no extra charge, with the exception of golf. Amenities include tennis, beach, water sports, the excellent gym, the Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea and various special events.

Commencing January 1, 2009, the Tryall Club will require all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of US$100 per week for each guest 18 or older, or US$20 per day per person for stays of less than 7 days (inclusive of tax). This policy applies to all new bookings received after September 1, 2008.

Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Fee locally at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register. Credit cards are accepted. You will be given a temporary membership card to enable your access to all Club facilities.
