Caribbean Fairways - Montego Bay 

Caribbean Fairway is a beautiful villa which is superbly located, overlooking the first fairway of the 18th hole of the famous Half Moon Golf Course. The impressive 68 foot veranda is a main focal point of this villa, where guest have a magnificent views of the golf course and Caribbean Sea. This is an ideal spot for relaxing, reading your favourite book, taking a snooze. It is also the perfect spot to entertain, have home cooked meals on this fabulous veranda or if you choose, inside in the formal dining area.

There are two master bedrooms in this villa, measuring 16'x27' with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms and open onto veranda. The other two bedrooms are 14'x17' with their own TV and ensuite bathroom with all bedrooms having French doors which open directly to the veranda towards spectacular views. The fifth bedroom is located downstairs and is very spacious and private with an ensuite bathroom which is ideal for children. There are two day beds here, children's retreat!

Being high up on the hill, the Tradewinds here are refreshing and air conditioners may never need to be used. Four of the five bedrooms open directly onto the villas main veranda, with specular ocean views, and flanked by a full size swimming pool and gazebo. The fifth bedroom suite opens onto a lower patio overlooking the golf course and ocean beyond.

The living room is colourfully decorated and also opens onto this wonderful veranda and pool area. There is a full staff that includes a cook, butler, housekeeper/laundress, gardener. Dell needs special mention here as she has been working at Caribbean Fairways for over 17 years and will make sure you are well looked after at this home.

This villa is located near Montego Bay and is only minutes drive away from beaches, four world class golf courses, and tennis facilities, restaurants, water sports and craft markets.

Bed Configuration

Master bedroom 1: king size bed- large 16'x27' bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with tub/shower combinations and double sink vanities. Adjoining children's rooms with day beds, can be closed for privacy. Both bedrooms open to verandah.

Bedroom 3: King size bed or twin beds- These are also quite large rooms 14' x 17'. Each bedroom has a colour tv, private ensuite- baths and tub/shower combinations and double sink vanities. French doors open directly to the long verandah.

Bedroom 5: downstairs, king size bed or twin beds- This is spacious and private. There is an en-suite bath and has a tiled walk-in shower. Bed in the main room can be kingsize or twins. A recent renovation added additional semi-private extra sleeping accommodations on a daybed in a connecting open alcove. An additional bed can be added here. This downstairs bedroom is ideal for children. This room overlooks pool, golf course and ocean but has no door to outside. The only door opens to the stairway which leads to the upper level living room.

Villa guests will have complimentary membership at Jamaica's famous Doctor's Cave Beach Club, a 12 minute drive from the villa. Membership includes access to the showers and changing rooms, gym, bar, games room, steam and sauna, and the beach with offshore reef for snorkeling. Membership also includes use of the Club House with television, pool table and lounge. (Fees may apply to various water sports.)
