Hanover House is among the most architecturally distinctive private homes in Jamaica. Its rooms are large with high ceilings and stunning views over Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea.Hanover House has been refreshed with new paint job, sanding of wooden floors and new curtains. The most unique feature of Hanover House is the distinctive architecture that graces this home. The most striking feature is the sweeping staircase that brings guests up through the 3-story entrance to the living room, dining veranda, bedrooms and pool terrace. This is difficult for photos to capture, but stunning effect for the whole home.

There is a large and spacious out door living space around the private swimming pool, and this is uniquely framed with white stone arches. Fabulous views are captured of the blues of the Caribbean sea and district views of Montego Bay.

The Master bedroom is a very large suite, with king size bed, a sitting area, lovely writing desk. The private bathroom is also very spacious with its double sink vanity. Access to the wrap-around balcony with magnificent views from this bedroom. There is a special child's room which adjoins the master bedroom. This child's room has a twin bed, but a second twin can be added to create a king size bed.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs. The downstairs bedrooms are very generous in size, measuring around 18'x20'. The ceilings are also very high, over 10 ft. creating the most airy and spacious feeling for these rooms. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a king-size bed or twin beds plus a sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. Bedrooms are air conditioned for your comfort.

Sweeping staircase brings guests up through the three-story entrance foyer to the pool terrace which is the center of activity for Hanover House. With over 1,500 sq ft. of living space around the private pool area, distinctive with the arches which frames this pool area.

Round Hill is a few minutes away, where guests of this villa may enjoy the complimentary membership of this most famous world renowned resort.

Bed Configuration

Master bedroom: King-size bed with adjoining child's room: 1 or 2 twin beds, The master bedroom is over 1,000 sq foot suite with a large wrap-around balcony with wonderful views of Montego Bay, spectacular both day and night.

Nanny's Room: Adjoins the Master bedroom. Has a twin bed. Second twin bed can be added to create kingsize sleeping accommodation. This bedroom is the only non-air conditioned bedroom, however cool air from the double air conditioned Master bedroom tends to cool this small room.

Bedroom 2: King-size or twin beds - air conditioned bedroom with a shared bathrooms with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3: Double bed - air condtioned bedroom with a shared bathrooms with Bedroom 2.

All upstairs bedrooms open onto a large 1,700 sq. ft. sundeck with chaises and have wonderful views for both sunrise and sunsets.

Downstairs:
Bedroom 4: King-size or twin beds - air conditioned bedroom with own mini fridge, private shaded porch with view

Bedroom 5: King--size or twin beds - air conditioned bedrooms with own mini fridge, private porch with view

Bedroom 6: King-size or twin beds plus sofa bed, large private bath with tub-shower combination, airconditioning, ceiling fan, bedroom overlooks swimming pool.

Each bedroom downstairs measures 18' x 20' with high 10'6" ceilings

Maximum desired occuancy is 14 guests in 6.5 bedrooms
For small additional fee of $30pp/pn, we can accommodate 2 more guests on a sofa bed in Bedroom 6.

Weddings of up to 75 persons allowed.  Wedding fee of $15pp for off sight guests + Wedding refundable damage deposit of $1000.
