Monticello consists of a 4-bedroom main house, and 19th Hole Cottage, a 2-bedroom cottage—for a total of 6 bedrooms, both situated on the lush estate. The property provides lavish accommodations for up to 11 guests.  There is also a sister villa on the same property called SPYGLASS, with 3 bedrooms, This is a 2 minute walk, or 32 steps down. So for large families, there are 6 bedrooms in Monticello + 3 bedrooms in Spyglass for a total of 9 bedrooms for 17 person total.  There is also a complimentary 15 seater van by Courtney!! And you can get an upgrade for discounted larger van if you require this!

Monticello Villa & Golf Resort Limited has announced the opening of the newly refurbished luxury haven, Monticello Villa, located on the golf course at Upton, St. Ann. The historic estate was originally built in the early 1950s as the private retreat of a European aristocrat.

The villa is set on an eight-acre estate that features manicured lawns, a relaxing pool area with a fully-equipped pool house, a range of outdoor patios, a rooftop terrace, and much more. When the owners decided it was time to refurbish the estate they engaged a movie set designer to make the graceful transformation that draws on the villa’s natural beauty. As a result, the house retains the original Old World charm, yet offers guests access to all contemporary necessities.

The elegant getaway neighbors the Golf and Country Club at Upton, St. Ann, with a four star, 18-hole course, designed by PK Saunders. The course is set 750 feet above sea level and offers incredible panoramic views stretching all the way to the sea. Monticello guests also enjoy these magnificent views from a four-bedroom main house, and an additional two-bedroom cottage.

This wonderful beach is 4 to 5 minutes drive down to Ocho Rios. It is a semi-private beach, very peaceful and one of the best beaches in Jamaica!!  This beach is located beside the Jamaica Inn hotel.  You also have a 1 bedroom villa here on the beach if you need to change clothes etc. This is the perfect set up and honestly one of the best beaches in Jamaica and Monticello has the rights to this beach!!! AWESOME!!!!

Monticello Villa has a private beach access in Ocho Rios - few minutes drive down the hill. One of the best and most private beach secrets in Jamaica!!!  Below also, you can have access to a 1 bedroom for changing, bathroom etc while you are relaxing at the beach!
