Conferences At Round Hill
Round
Hill is the ideal setting for board meetings, seminars, symposias, corporate
get-togethers, sales conferences, special interest groups, and small
select incentive programs. Jamaica's special tax-free status gives the
same tax advantages as meetings held in the United States.
Meeting rooms include The Pineapple Room (air-conditioned, pictured
below), plus the Georgian and Hanover Rooms (both semi-enclosed, pictured
below). The two largest can each accommodate up to 120 people theatre-style
and up to 100 banquet style. Additionally, many of the villa living
rooms are suitable for informal gatherings and break-out sessions. Audio/Visual
facilities are available.
For those groups and meetings where there is a hierarchy among guests,
Round Hill offers oceanfront hotel rooms, villa suites or entire villas,
many with own private pool. Villas can be used for cocktail receptions
either in the garden or pool side. There are also suitable areas in
the main cocktail bar, the main pool deck, lower pool deck and the dining
terraces.
Note that there is no additional charge for meeting rooms.
Communication Facilities
Round Hill has a business center available with high speed internet,
computers, laptop hook UPS and fax services.
Presentation Facilities
Audoi Visual equipment is available for rental.

Accommodation at Round Hill
Private Villas and Cottages:
There are 27 individually owned villas with 74 suites surrounded by
30 acres of gardens. Villas or cottages contain 2, 3, 4 or 5 suites,
each with private living rooms and /or verandahs, and magnificent sea
views. Sizes vary, and most have spectacular views. There are 22 villas
with their private swimming pools. Deluxe and Master Villa Suites share
the swimming pool with another suite.
Pineapple House
The Pineapple House comprises of 36 ocean front hotel rooms, overlooking
the Caribbean Sea. All Pineapple House rooms have large louvered windows
which fold back to take full advantage of the view. There are king-sized
beds in 20 rooms and the remainders have double beds. All have air-conditioning,
private bathrooms, with tub and shower, telephones, refrigerators, umbrellas,
bathrobes, small coffee machine for complimentary Blue Mountain Coffee
and tea, hair dryers, and an iron and ironing board.
Our fresh water swimming pool is located right at the edge of the sea,
adjacent to the Pineapple House.
