This is the place where mangos and avocados ripen on our own trees and where just-caught fish and lobster are brought right to the door. Our Executive Chef, Carmen Hibbert, is cooking up wonderful new taste treats to add to previous favorites. Her Lobster Bisque, Seafood Newburg, and other new dishes are truly divine!
Every villa at Bluefields is staffed with excellent cooks and trained waiters providing attentive table service and using our large collection of fine china, crystal, and silver for your enjoyment. You will receive a list of menu possibilities previous to your visit which can be contoured as needed to suit your party.
Our cooks are well experienced in producing meals for those who follow vegetarian diets (including vegans) and for those who follow certain kosher diets as well.
