Premium: Christmas and New Year's weeks carry net minimum rates of :

$15,400 for The Hermitage
$13,300 for Mullion Cove
$7,700 for Milestone Cottage
$7,700 for Cottonwood Cottage
High Season: Thanksgiving and all weeks of December 15 through April 15.
Medium Season: Weeks from 15 April through 15 August; Weeks from Thanksgiving through 15 December
Low Season: Weeks from 15 August through 15 November
