Negril’s Famous 7-Mile stretch of white sand:
With newly completed highways, a trip that use to take 2 hours, will
take only 40 minutes west of Montego Bay. Negril is famous world wide
for its seven-mile stretch of white sandy beach, and for glamorous sunsets
viewed either from the beach or the cliff area to the south. Negril
is located on the western coast of Jamaica. This is a place where time
is slow, relaxing and very laid back. It is an easy going, free spirited
place where you definitely forget all the pressures of a metropolitan
life! Other activities in this seaside resort also include horseback
riding, bicycling on its many bluffs, nude to partial nude beaches and

Doctor’s Cave Beach
Doctor’s Cave Beach Bathing Club is located in Montego Bay’s “Hip Strip”
on Gloucester Avenue. This beach was named one of the “best family beaches
in the Caribbean” by Caribbean Travel & Life in March 2004. The
story of Montego Bay’s most famous beach began in 1906 when a group
of doctors decided to found a bathing club on a beach property donated
for the purpose by Dr Alexander James McCatty. Sir Herbert Barker, well-known
British osteopath, claimed back in the 1920s that the waters of the
beach have curative powers, which made the bathing spot even more alluring
for foreign visitors It is the most well known and famous beach in Montego
Bay. Today, it offers many water sport activities such as parasailing,
snorkeling, jet skiing and glass bottom boats. There are also gift shops

Walter Fletcher Beach
AquaSol theme park is located in Montego Bay and boasts two professional
tennis courts and equipment for single players and teams. There is also
a tennis pro on hand for lessons. Water Sporting activities abound.

The Wyndham Rose Hall located 10 minutes east of the Montego Bay airport

Oracabessa is located 15 minutes due East of Ocho Rios.

at Oracabessa Beach as one of four rental villas. The area is
private, but for five dollars non-guests can walk onto its sand strip,
known as James Bond Beach (closed Monday). A grander entrance
can be made from the adjacent helipad. Admission includes a free
beer or soda and use of the changing room and water-sports rental center.
