We are passionate about our villas in Jamaica!!! From the moment we receive your email or phone call to the end of your Jamaican villa rental vacation, we want to be there with you every step of the way.

If a client has special requests, either ordinary or extraordinary, like extra flowers in the house, additional security, helicopter rides, wedding arrangements, corporate arrangements, nannies for the kids, beach weddings, special parties, reggae bands, a tennis pro, horse back riding. You ask for it and we will endeavour to provide.

Coming from a famiy who has over 2000 hotel rooms spread over the North Coast of Jamaica, including Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios, and also in Kingston, our family has been involved in the tourism and hotel industry for many years.

We understand the land, the culture, the location, the staff. We have been educated in North America, travelled and lived in various parts of this wonderful world including Asia, Europe, Australia, North America and understand the different styles and flairs of our worldwide clientele.

We hold our beloved Jamaica close to our hearts and we want people to be profoundly happy that they made Jamaica their choice of holiday destination.

About Us

Lisa Hendrickson-Clarke is the President and founder of Jamaican Treasures Private Luxury Villa Rentals. Lisa was born in Kingston, Jamaica. In 1972, her family moved to North America and she was educated in Toronto, Canada, acquiring her Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1983, at McMaster University majoring in Finance and Marketing.

Lisa's family has lived in Jamaica for over four generations. Among other major businesses in Jamaica, the family has strong involvements in Jamaica's hotel and tourism industry.

With a passion for the villa rental industry in Jamaica, Lisa started from scratch with her first website www.jamaicantreasures.com This rapidly grew from a collection of 100 villa to the largest collection of over 300 villas in 2010 in Jamaica. Both villa owners and villa clients rapidly realized that Jamaican Treasures has become a major force in the villa rental industry in Jamaica.

With the growing expansion of her villa collection and the growing demand from an increasing number of clients requiring villa rentals, a new website for the Jamaican Collection was created in 2009, with a more sophisticated back end and administration. With the largest collection of over 300 villas in Jamaica, Lisa and her team opened up a wider collection of villas in 2008 of an additional 800+ villas in the Caribbean, Mexico, Bali and Thailand. Yes, it was a tough job, but we had to inspect these luxury villas, visit each Caribbean island and hand select the villas....Someone had to do it.
